Just one Premier League game tonight (and the first of our doubles), but we’d thought we’d open the Dugout Discussion as it coincides with the return of European football. I’m guessing nothing less than a Birmingham City clean sheet will be warmly received on these parts, but hopefully an entertaining game in Italy will ease our pain if that doesn’t come to fruition.

The lineups from St. Andrews are in…

Birmingham XI: Foster, Carr, Johnson, Jiranek, Ridgewell, Larsson, Ferguson, Gardner, Bentley, Martins, Zigic

Newcastle XI: Harper, Simpson, Williamson, Coloccini, Jose Enrique, Barton, Tiote, Nolan, Gutierrez, Lovenkrands, Best

So Obafemi Martins starts against his former club, and partners Nikola Zigic up front for the home side.

Elsewhere, Mario Balotelli returned for Man City as a substitute as they drew in Greece, and Rafael Van der Vaart makes a return to Spurs’ starting line-upin the San Siro.

Akers Richard or Akers, as he is known, has been regularly haunting this site since July 2008. He is young and foolish, take what he says with a pinch of salt. Follow them on Twitter

Where does it say that? Jordan was well within his rights to retaliate to the butt, he didn't, so he did calm things down.

I don't know where to look that up, I just think the governing bodies clamp down harder on coaches. To be honest it takes two to start a fight like that, it did look to me as if Jordan tried to wind Gattuso up even more.

if you are reffering to the 2nd incident i disagree, if you are referring to the 1st i cant really say as i never seen the lead up to it. however, when the final whistle blew it was Gatusso who went looking for Jordan and went face to face with him before giving the gay headbut. to be honest, if i was Jordan i'd have punched the little runt there and then, I thought Jordan reacted (or not ) to it brilliantly. Coach or not you shouldn't be expected to take that type of behaviour from anyone.

Gattuso is married to Monica Romano (a Scottish woman of Italian descent), whom he met while playing for Rangers at an exhibition game in Toronto, Canada. The couple dated for a long while before marrying. They have a daughter, Gabriella (born 20 June 2004), and a son, Francesco (born 8 November 2007). Monica is the sister of GMTV's Los Angeles correspondent Carla Romano. he is a wimp and joe jordan would destroy him. jordan a real man, gatt a woman

Have an FPL post to break up the Gattuso hatred:

    Current team:

    Begovic (Szszezny)
    Walker Kolarov Rafael Coleman (Carr)
    AYoung Adam Nani(c) (VDV, Fabs)
    Odem Tevez (RVP)

Thinking Odem and Fabs OUT for Cahill and Bent. Would have to do it tonight to afford it.
Not sure as Bent and AYoung seems a lot of Villa, what do you think?
