Robin Van Persie has handed Fantasy Managers another potential injury scare after being substituted with a suspected knock for Holland in their Euro 2012 qualifier with Hungary.

The Arsenal striker was replaced by Ruud van Nistelrooy at half-time after appearing to suffer a problem late on in the first-half having given Holland the lead in their 5-3 win.

Details of the situation remain sketchy – some reports suggest that Van Persie may have suffered another blow to his knee, others state that the knock is an ankle problem. It’s entirely possible that Van Persie was simply withdrawn as a precaution. We can only await further news from the Dutch or Arsenal camps.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Well this is pretty good then; I mean if he was injured, Van Marwijk would be the first one to comment.
I guess he will be fine, but will (c) Carlito now

I actually had a think about my team next year, and RVP and Suarez were top of the list, along with Taraabt.

Don't mind those fixtures, he looks like he can score against anyone. If only he took penalties.

Yeah, he looks just like Tevez. When he doesn't score, he assists. Takes a good free kick aswell. He's definitely in my team next season.

Never like to wish an injury upon any player but Van Persie is becoming a joke with his now, I hope he is out for like a month or so and not just the game this weekend.

Then Nasri will become a good option again anyway.

Penalties, free kicks, main creative force, etc.

If Cesc is out, I think I'd captain Nasri. But I'm not sure on that situation.

Aye, but only if Fabs and RVP are out.

Even if RVP is out, if Fabs and Walcott are back then Fabs will be on pens and sets and Walcott and Bendtner will probably be the recipients.

It's simple Gargamel. Nasri is an incredibly shy and Cinderella-esque style character. He can't cope with his light being hidden under the Fabregas and RVP bushels, when those ugly sisters are absent though he blossoms into a beautiful swan.
Or it could be a load of arse.

I have to say that this is not that great eventually; basically you put in £200, and need to put at stake over £1,200 (within 6 months) - then they give you £200.
Overall, their margin is roughly 10/15% so your expecting gain is pretty much zero.
They have some good offers though (like free bets on horse racing if you win a >4/1 horse racing bet)

Ha yeah, in your £200 claim bonus, bets below 1/2 do not count (my first thought was to bet on a very obvious bet at like 1/100 and hedge it on betfair - was quickly disapppointed)

He's too hard to ignore with the fixtures, especially with how well he played against Blackburn at The Emirates last season. I think he'll finish the season the same way Lampard did last. He has a point to prove. Just a gut feeling.

I have a frontline of Tevez, Van Persie & Rooney, worth £36m.

One is playing on the wing, one has a glass leg and the other is just simply out of form. I'll probably be getting rid of all of them over the next 2-3 weeks.......
