I was playing with my team the other day in a cup semi-final. We only had 10 players and tried to park the bus. We were losing by 3-0 going into the last 10 minutes. Anyway, we got a penalty and i stepped up to take it. Before i took it the keeper had the ball and smashed me square in the face with it. I scored but what he did f*cking annoyed the s*it out of me. The next time i play them, do i try to do em or what? I really want to get him back. Any suggestions?

Its a possibility but its hard to do it on the goalkeeper unless its a proper 50-50. I could do it at a corner.
No, I say since it sounds like you're in an at least an advanced position, your best bet is a set piece or corner.
Free kick: remember to protect yourself and follow through. Make your run with the group but when they bail out on a clear goalie grab you just run through his soul. But make it look clumsy.
Corner Easy, join the group...back to ref, no line of sight from the linesman, and simply punch him in the gut as hard as possible.
