Back in the routine yet? Maybe another familiar regular is what you need to reacquaint yourself with the route to the weekend Fantasy deadline.

We’ve duly published our first Captain poll of the season, canvassing your views on the destination of the Fantasy armband ahead of the season kick-off.

Straight way, we’ve got an interesting one.

Doubts surrounding the fitness of Robin Van Persie and Luis Suarez level the playing field a little, while Nani and Wayne Rooney will catch the eye, though both may look a risk against a West Brom side who will surely be well-drilled by the crafty Roy Hodgson. Perhaps a gamble on Fernando Torres at Stoke is in order? But then Didier Drogba could easily start at the Britannia, such is the uncertainty surrounding the Andre Villas-Boas teamsheet.

      Keiron has looked eye brow-raisingly good in pre season, full of running! - Rangers severeley lack pace at full back and Neil is concerned we'll be exposed. Dyer used to play wing back i seem to remember, and has rekindled his love for playing further back now that he'll only be paid if he plays.

        He played for England at RB before and I think NW starts with him there, although there's rumours that Derry is being shipped out. If Derry goes I imagine Dyer starts in is holding role next to Faurlin in the 2 hole of the 4-2-3-1 formation.

  to weak bench is the first that hits me. you will have to do a lot of transfers wich will cost you points after a couple of rounds. Try free up som money by replacing yaya with taarabt and drogba with ba,k.davis or rodallega.

  OK apart from Baines (overpriced and fixtures not great) and Rodallega (Wigan have kind fixtures but I reckon that they will flatter to deceive).

AS people seem to be responding to RMT's at the moment - here's my rejigged team, low cost defence and only 1 big hitter upfront, it's all about the mid's.

Given (Ruddy)
De Laet, Baines, Orr, (Olsson), (Simpson)
Silva, NZog, Malouda, Lamps, Moses
Carroll, DJ Campbell, (Holt)

Might change Orr - one bandwagon too many.
And need to work out route to getting RVP & Suarez in in 1st few GW's.

      I'm all for handicaps and postponments come winter..but I always love the first few weeks of FPL : NO champions league group games..just 3 weeks of pure league football...and now it's been ruined.
