Before all the Rooney vice-captains come into play and we can concentrate on European endeavours for a couple of days we’ve got the Joey Barton of all match-ups.

The prickly character sees us open the Dugout Discussion as manager Neil Warnock hands him the armband against his old side Newcastle – not one to flounce under the radar, clearly. QPR are in fact rocking a whole host of new signings while Alan Pardew recalls Shola Ameobi in place of Peter Lovenkrands. Sides in full are…

QPR XI: Kenny; Young, Gabbidon, Ferdinand, Traore; Barton, Derry, Faurlin, Taarabt, Wright-Phillips; Bothroyd.

Newcastle XI: Krul; Simpson, S. Taylor, Coloccini, R. Taylor; Obertan, Tiote, Cabaye, Gutierrez; Best, Ameobi.

Let us close the gameweek together in the Dugout Discussion and watch the sparks fly.

Missed the game tonight. Any early predictions for BP's? Stuck in a hotel room so missing the tennis. Sounds like it's an epic match!!!

So what's your guys opinion on Sturridge's role this season, regular starter? If so, at 6,5, he is ridiculously good value..!! Especially given Chelsea's good fixtures after the United game..!! Him and mata at combined 16 m. does not sound bad at all.

And that's where Rafa know he has his only chance at putting it to him. As I said Novaks speed at the net, his ability to pick out a shot that quick is extraordinary and would have made shorter work of Nadal.

Not true, pod thing is just a made up story by press. He personally said it wasn't true.

Nole was always a class player but gluten alergies causing asthma attacks stopped him before. He found out about it end of last year, no more gluten for him, and his talent (which was always superior to others, by the way) is now in full power.
