Javier Hernandez is available and seems set to continue alongside Wayne Rooney up front for Sir Alex Ferguson’s league leaders as Man United look to maintain their 100% record with a tricky test at Stoke. Rio Ferdinand could return in central defence, whilst Chris Smalling will be hoping to shake off a groin injury. Tony Pulis’ side are without Kenwyne Jones who’s nursing a sore hamstring; Cameron Jerome and Peter Crouch should lead the line, unless Pulis decides to move Jonathan Walters from his recent role on the wing.

Daniel Sturridge is ruled out for Chelsea‘s visit of Swansea, but should be back next week. His absence opens the door for Nicolas Anelka to come in up front with Fernando Torres and Juan Mata in the three-pronged attack. Didier Drogba is another option for Andre Villas-Boas but with no game time since his concussion at Norwich, the Ivorian might have to make do with a substitute role. Brendan Rodgers must decide whether to recall the recovered Danny Graham or prolong Leroy Lita’s outing as the Swans’ lone forward.

Bacary Sagna is fit for Arsenal after overcoming a knock picked up in the defeat at Blackburn, but Yossi Benayoun is sidelined. Rafael Van der Vaart should slot back into the Spurs’ lineup, although Benoit Assou-Ekotto is a doubt with illness and Niko Kranjcar is ruled out. Darren Bent is out for Villa, who could welcome back the 50/50-rated Jermaine Jenas. David Goodwillie and Morten Gamst Pedersen are back in contention for Blackburn, but will Steve Kean find space on his team-sheet for the pair?

Buckle in to the driver’s seat and stay abreast with the latest injury reports, selection rumours and our predicted lineups over at Team News. News updates continue to flash through our ever-dependable Twitter feed, direct from the clubs and media.

          R Taylor is good this week, longer term he'll be very risky due to rotation/replacement. Moses hasn't shown any fantasy value this year as of yet. I have him as well, buried on my bench until I have a week where I can transfer out. The front line obviously is top heavy and should return favorable results this week. RVP and Arsenal in general are still at the moment, possible point contributors. They have been so unorganized, I find it hard to place money on anyone, even the great FPL producer RVP.. So yea, I wouldn't be kean on RVP myself with his hefty price tag.. but it's definitely a case of risk vs reward.

            Well my opponents have mata and gabby up front. So i went for other way round. RVP a goo earner traditionally. 4 goals other week (international) and a goal and assist in prem. In 3 games decent form. Will explode one week. Maybe not in a home game but away from home looks bargainous!!!

        3/10 for a midfield with Young and Silva!?! 2 highest scoring midf?!

        And 6.5/10 for a defence that has top 4 highest scoring defenders (i kno ward is on bench)

        ur right about forwards tho 🙂

      Not sure i want 2 newcastle defenders, rather have gk & defender.

      Midfield looks weak, wont get many goals from that lot.

      Attack is probably the best but not sure i would captain aquereo.

        Yeah ony got 3 decent players in midf...guna see which one of my strikers fizzles out n whoop klasnic in there when hes back.

        the 2 newcastle defenders is helpful. R Taylor a set piece demon and s taylor a v dangerous aerial threat...the points will come...especially from the latter

    Can't believe Dzeko is only on 5% when Aguero is leading on 21%. Dzeko's got every chance of having a great game. Aguero may be whisked off quickly to save him for Tuesday.

    Ok.. I've got 2 free transfers and was considering...

    Suarez --> Adebayor
    Dzeko --> Aguero
    Walcott --> SWP or Barton

    For a 4pt hit.

    Sensible moves?

        Why's that then?

        Dzeko probably won't play.
        Walcott's done bugger all for me so far and Arsenal are playing poorly.
        Suarez has done bugger all so far and I've kept him in "in case he comes into form" form long enough now.

        Surely it's time for action, no?

          Suarez is at home to Wolves
          Dzeko will play
          Walcott is at home to Bolton

          Makes no sense to me. You'll still have 2 free transfers next week.

          Dzeko will almost definitely start.

          Walcott is covering the chance of Arsenal performing, which is due to happen any day now. (you'd think).

          Suarez is quality and has been on form but been seriously unlucky not to score in the last 2 games.

      I'd keep Suarez for another week if I had him then ship him out if he fires another blank.

      Dzeko->Aguero is a bit sideways for me, could pay off though but I think Dzeko has as good a chance as Aguero to hit it big this weekend if he gets a full 90.

        Very true. If he was much cheaper I'd understand the furore but he's 9.5.

          He will score big this season. From what I've read he seems to be involved in everything, including taking set pieces. I'd love to have him.

            Think about it, if you could have gotten an attacking creative midfielder from Chelsea last season for 9.5m you'd be all over it.
            This season prices are generally higher, yet he's 9.5 and on a lot of set pieces. I don't know if you actually watch football or not but he's looked excellent in his last 4 games.

      Haha research goes a long wait into not looking like a complete idiot.
      Mata has scored TWO goals in 4 games for Chelsea
      Torres has scored TWO goals in 24 games for Chelsea
      Torres has scored 1 so far this season, which last time I checked is less than Mata's 2

          I'm not saying he won't
          But considering Torres has played 20 more games for the same amount of goals I would be tempted to bet against it

        True. Research does go a long wa(y)it into not looking like a complete reliance on a spellchecker.
        I stand corrected on my poor research but still, 2 goals in 4 games ain't that great is it?

          iPhone auto-correct meh.
          2 goals in 4 goals is a goal every 2 games, find another midfielder who does that.

            Nani has scored 4 goals in 7 games. That's a goal every nearly 2 games.....slightly better.

                Yeah, but Mata is still in his honeymoon period....Nani has been at United for ages.

    To play Vorm or Hennessey? I'm leaning towards Vorm after I missed out on his score last week.

        Yup, and Bosingwa is my only Chelsea player. I'd be happy with 1-1. Bosingwa goal and Vorm saving a penalty.

    Bent to Hernandez worth the 4pt hit?

    I do actually have enough money for Rooney, but my position is 1.5m+ so I probably need to look for differentials, right? 🙂

    I have Silva Walcott Young SWP and Dyer in midfield.
    Young > Mata this week to go Walcott > Nani next, but now considering Nasri instead of Mata for some reason. Maybe because I don't have Dzeko or Aguero, thoughts?
