And we’re back in the game.

The Dugout Discussion kicks back into gear with seven Premier League fixtures spreading across a period of more than six hours. We start off slowly with a small tie up at Anfield between Liverpool and Manchester United…

There is a lot of news in the line-up front. Liverpool recall their captain -Steven Gerrard- to make his first start in over six months after recovery from injury as Andy Carroll drops out. The away side pose the real questions as Javier Hernandez, Nani and Wayne Rooney are left on the bench by Alex Ferguson in a bold/foolish (delete as appropriate after the game) move. Line-ups to be digested in full are…

Liverpool XI: Reina; Kelly, Carragher, Skrtel, Enrique; Lucas, Adam Gerrard, Downing, Kuyt; Suarez

United XI: De Gea; Smalling, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra; Young, Fletcher, Jones, Giggs, Park; Welbeck

Not long after the dust has settled on that almighty introduction we’ll have five three o’clock kick-offs to keep the flow going. Wigan host Bolton with the Scout Selection Committee keeping closes eyes on a certain Victor Moses.

A few more people will be distracted by the Man City line-up as they play host to Aston Villa while Norwich, QPR and Stoke play host to Swansea, Blackburn and Fulham respectively – varied squad “fillers” aplenty in those games to keep track of.

Before the night draws in the Dugout Discussion closes out with Chelsea playing host to an Everton side who have a strong record over recent seasons against their fellow side in blue. Can David Moyes keep up the good streak and spoil the Villas-Boas broth?

Of course it does. You get loads more chances, the quality of defending is worse...why am I even explaining tnhis, it's obvious 😉

He's a very good player, but I think his ability to get in good finishing positions is better than his actual finishing.

His finishing is awful. Twat. In Holland they play practically without defense and I didn't watch him in Holland but in England he is frustrating. He can't finish it!!! Bent is a doctor for him, when it comes about finishing.!!! Suarez max is one goal or assist. He need tones of chances to score and he never scored a brace in England. No capability to explode!!! Damn!!!

Well, it is the best league in the world. But I agree this match isn't very exciting. La Liga is more boring though, same football, same results, very predictable. If you want exciting football watch Chelsea, Pride of London and Pride of the Premier League- what can I say, we're the entertainers.

I kind of think that it's all going Fergie's way. I reckon he wanted to use the first half to maybe tire out Liverpool a bit, try and shut them down. Second half he might keep this stuff up for a bit but I reckon he'll bring on Rooney and Nani to go for the win. Unless Liverpool score of course.
