Yes, that’s right, crazy talk. There’s a lot of it about in this week’s ScoutCast episode – most of it originating from Mark’s chattering. Transfer in three defenders for a four point hit? Spend big money on Leighton Baines, dumping last season’s top Fantasy scorer? Has he finally lost the plot?

This is what an international break does to you. Suffering from cold turkey and with two free transfers burning away in the pocket, a Fantasy manager has to fight the jerky knee. In my own moment of madness, I even find myself trying to talk Mark out of his hasty moves.

Listen in on the lunacy, accompanied by the usual regulars, accompanied with another excavation of that Robin Van Persie assist – we just won’t let it lie.

    Vorm (ruddy)
    Kompany wilkinson walker
    drenthe walters silva vdv
    RVP(c) aguero ade
    (allen, enrique, simpson)

think i'm going to save my transfer this week, unless anyone can see a player that desperately needs transferred out

    also
    - would you play walker or enrique
    - or play both and bench wilkinson

      i'd play wilkinson and walker
the odds of wilko coming on as a sub are far too low so if he doesnt start, enr will come in
and if he does start, he will have great chance of keeping a cleanie

Ok just pulled the trigger on staylor&jevans>turner&wilko. No points hit. Avoided going for the glory & trying to predict which one of rooney/aguero/lampard/bendter/silva will score highest. So now i have 3.5 in the bank and will sit back and watch if any of the aformentioned big hitters go mental with a view to gw13

Yeah, hopefully not. I have my own 5 big hitters in rvp/vdv/suarez/mata/ade, aided & abeted by ramsey & brunt... Just couldnt pick one of those 5 to drop for silva... Said id give it one more week & then either mata and/or suarez will be swapped for 1 or 2 of the inform juggernaughts

Doing my box in trying to work out what to do this game week, a little help would be much appreciated!
    Krul/Vorm
    Bosingwa/Enrique/Richards/Ward/De Laet
    Tiote/Silva/Nani/Dyer/Ramsey
    RVP/Adebayor/Hernandez
I’ve got 1 transfer. I know I need to chuck Bosingwa but i also want to strengthen my Mid. I’m thinking Hernandez for Klasnic and Tiote for Bale or Eagles. Sub Bosingwa and get rid next week.

      de laet out of favour

They are all pretty decent players. Ade and Shaw have great fixtures. Brunt may score you some points too. Kompany is as safe as houses and Suarez is 'due'.

Any of those are a decent pick. The fact they haven't scored well recently doesn't mean they won't,and Shawcross back from injury has a good run as does Adebayor. I may look to move the others soonish, but no W/C needed imo.

You need a reliable keeper with a decent run of fixtures, I made the same mistake with Evans. Is Best injured? If so lose him, Evans and a keeper first imo Alonso.

    Team:

    Vorm
    Enrique - BAE - Wilko
    Brunt - Sess - VDV - Drenthe
    RVP - Rooney - Aguero

    Krull - Bosingwa - Dyer - DELETE

Thinking of: Bos -> Jones or Bos -> Santos
to play instead of enrique this week, what do you think?

Is anyone sticking with Given?? i'd rather not switch a keeper but Given and Kenny over nothing but you'd imagine save points at Spurs.

Its either take a hit to swap the keeper or dump Suarez?

Aguero seems to be a real hot & cold player. 20pts one week and then nothing for a while. I've gone for Dzeko and spent the rest elsewhere.

After carefully checking the international match reports and subsequent injury lists.. I've gone all out and done my wildcard.

    Out
    Adebayor, Mata, Faurlin, Tierney, Begovic

    In
Dzeko, Eagles, Formica, Vermaelen, De Gea.

Formica has impressed, Eagles is good value, Arsenal on a good run and Vermaelen looks set for an amazing run.. Dzeko far ahead of Adebayor and De Gea just because...

Only one I'm unsure of is Mata.. can't decide whether he'll have a very good season or an incredible season... If VDV is sidelined might get him back..

    given/ruddy
    ward taylor r, enrique/dunne,delaet
    walters,nani,vdv,milner/sinclair
    dzeko,suarez,rvp

looking at 2 options (have 0.5 in bank)
milner> eagles suarez >rooney.(4 point hit) (think rooney has point to prove after internationals)
given> westwood dunne> jones (4 point hit) (dont c any clean sheets in original team)

    what ye think?
