    Do players get assists for winning free kickcs that lead to goals? Surely this should be the case? The whole scoring system is flaud

      Assist for whoever wins the freekick/penalty if the resulting freekick/penalty is scored. In Huth's case, he assisted Doyle's OG.

      yes they do, but FPL have given Stoke goal as a Doyle OG thus Huth has the assist

      a) It's an own-goal
      b) the free kick was Glenn Whelan teeing up Huth anyway.
