Well if we go by last week time it will be Friday! It's down to how long the PPI people take to update that. You would have hoped they'd make the effort for this since they knew this GW was coming, so I'm optimistic it will be in a couple of hours.

a. Walters > Drenthe (not great this week but allows me to bring in VdV for Nani and Howard for Krul for DGW)
b. Macauley > Shotton, only because looking ahead to GW20, my defence looks weak so this would give me a solid 3. Issue is I would prefer Macauley for my WC team and can see him going up 0.1 in next couple of weeks which would scupper other plans
c. Make no transfer, losing it forever down the boulevard of broken dreams

Another query i have is that if both of us have the same score, same no. of goals scored, what is the criteria of counting the no. of goals conceded? are the goals conceded counted from the whole team or just the defenders? also, he had 2 players that did not even play, does that put give him an upper hand in terms of goals conceded? im in great confusion. any help would be appreciated. your probably aware that the foundation to any core stabilising exercises are co-contraction of the deep trunk muscles, Transversus Abdominis (TA), multifidus (MF), Internal Oblique (IO)...these are the main muscles for active support of the vertabrae and thus lumbar spine stabilisation...most exercises i couldn't recommend without doing an assessment, but this exercise will underpin every other:
