While some of us have already begun tinkering with the winter wildcards, there are five games taking place today as double gameweek 20 gets underway.

The big news is that Daniel Sturridge is not in the Chelsea squad- those overnight reports of a leg injury appear to have been true, then.

Here’s the line-ups of this afternoon’s four fixtures before Arsenal make their way to the Cottage this evening:

Blackburn: Bunn, Lowe, Samba, Hanley, Henley, Nzonzi, Formica, Dunn, Petrovic, Pedersen, Yakubu

    Question about WC please...

    " The January Wildcard can only be used after Gameweek 20 starts (2 Jan 11:30) until Gameweek 23 ends (4 Feb 11:30); as the January wildcard isn't available until after the Gameweek 20 deadline, the earliest these transfers will be active is Gameweek 21. "

    Is it right that I will still be able to use WC after deadline of Gw23 (31 Jan 19:30) and able to make unlimited transfers until 4 Feb 11:29 ?

    A good move taking out RVP for Adebayor after today! I'll look at bringing him back with the wildcard later on though..still goals in him after a rest.

      I sold RVP to bring in ade and Baines for the DGW. Would love to have him back but I bought at 11.9 and sold at 13.2 so will just go for Aguero for the time being and keep my salary options open. It is quite enjoyable to have such an extra long game week for the wildcard, I must say.

      Still do not feel good about going without RVP but just feel that January might not be a great month for him.

          One of my favourite players to play at Gresty Road. His set pieces are by far the best I have ever seen at The Alex and We have produced some excellent technical players. Reckon he will be a 5.5 mil mid.

      even in midfield dembele's roaming allows dempsey to get forward enough to be worth investment imo. the second dembele got injured and i wouldn't be interested in dempsey, unless of course he was the one to replace dembele
