We can finally wave goodbye to Gameweek 20 after tonight’s events, as Spurs and Everton clash at the Lane to bring it to a conclusion. Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to capture your thoughts, comments and opinion in real-time as events unfold.

The same double Gameweek assets that disappointed the first time around, will now be expected to deliver with Gareth Bale and Emmanuel Adebayor once again carrying the armband for thousands of Fantasy managers.

Investment in the Everton lineup was far more modest and, with both Phil Jagielka and Leon Osman sidelined, it’s likely to be just Leighton Baines who goes into tonight’s game with Fantasy backing.

Away from the Lane, City and Liverpool clash in the first leg of their Carling Cup semi-final – a distraction perhaps, but Roberto Mancini’s teamsheet and the form of Steven Gerrard will be on the agenda for watchful Fantasy managers.

The City lineup shows no start for David Silva, with City moving quickly to offer reassurance that the inspirational Spaniard won’t be sidelined for long – it remains to be seen if he’ll make Monday’s trip to Wigan. The Liverpool lineup has Jose Enrique on the bench with Martin Kelly, drafted in; Craig Bellamy and Steven Gerrard both start, as does Andy Carroll.

At the Lane, Jake Livermore comes in for the injured Scott Parker while both Michael Dawson and Aaron Lennon earn starts. Everton recall Tim Cahill, with no place for Royston Drenthe – he’s left on the bench.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    A) Krul Ruddy
    Clark McCauley Shotton Simpson Kelly
    Dempsey Silva Valencia Bale Walters
    RVP Aguero Yakubu

    B) Krul Mignolet
    Lescott Shotton Simpson McCauley Kelly
    Dempsey Silva Valencia Bale Moses
    RVP Aguero Yakubu

    Or

    C) Some other combo.

    Thoughts guys?

Dunno whether to have Nani or Valencia or Rooney. Played my WC so can do free transfers all week. If I get BAE now and his price rises within a couple of days can I transfer him back out for free + profit??

So youre basically asking Clark and Walters or Lescott and Moses.
I dont like either. Sess lookss a better bet than Walters for the next few weeks and I wouldnt have a City defender until Yaya and Komp are back.
Get BAE now for Wolves and Wigan at home and double up on Fulham for the next 8 weeks at the expense of McCauley. Senderos is your man, you dont want a WB defender however cheap he is

Krul Mignolet is best keeper combo.

Hope that helps/steers you in a good direction

So i Haven't yet taken out Ba and i need to do so.
I only have 1 free transfer and I can only chose players with the same or lower value and I don't know who to pick..

These are the 4 players that i would feel comfortable putting into my squad, but they all have their perks and disadvantages:

    Agbonlahor - 6.9 - EVE, wol, QPR
    Zamora - 6.6 - bla, NEW, WBA
    Yakubu - 6.1 - FUL, eve, NEW
    Helguson - 5.2 - new, WIG, avl

Gabby, Bobby and The Yak all have 2 home games in their next 3, which is promising, but Helguson is alot cheaper than all 3, and i think that he's got to be sure to score against Wigan at home. Although saying that, Helguson hasn't been playing full matches lately, which is something that Agbonlahor and Yakubu have over him, both playing the full 90 minutes in their last 3 games. Saying that, Agbonlahor has been in awful form and has done nothing of mention lately.. So all the signs point to picking Yakubu, alas i feel that he has the toughest run in of all 4 of the players and he is also very popular as of late, which fails to give me a major differential, which I would like to have. Saying that, he is the player most in form and scored 2 goals against Manchester United, so tough opponents seem not to bother him.
I really have a soft spot for Helguson, as i just have "that feeling" that he's going to do something important for QPR over the next few weeks and he's also selected by a very few amount of people, which i like. He's also by far the cheapest of the four, so other areas of my team can be strengthened if need be.
Yakubu seems like the obvious choice, but that's a large part of why i don't want to pick him. Also, he may run out of form as much as any of the other 3 may hit form. I basically have very little faith in him, which sounds harsh, but i just don't.
Zamora is a good striker, but before his goal at Arsenal, he only managed to play 6 minutes in the previous 5 games, which is disheartening.
Agbonlahor has (i think) the easiest run of fixtures, but he's been rather out of form. Saying that, we all know that he has the ability to absolutely breeze past defenses on his day, and Everton, Wolves and QPR hardly have the sturdiest defenses in the league. Something to keep in mind also is that if Aston Villa do sign Robbie Keane on loan, this must be bound to have an impact on Gabby's playing time?

Thankyou for reading my unnecessarily long essay and any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

will it be still wise to stick on with jones rather than replacing him with someone cheaper and more efficient for the next few gameweeks???

So thinking of putting this team out..
    played WC

    Vorm (Cerny)

Jones -- BAE -- Richards -- Enrique (Simpson)

    Bale -- Valencia -- Gerrard -- (Sess -- Pilkington)

    Yak -- Henry -- RVP (c)

Just thought id put Henry in instead of Ba while hes out, Henry is a mere 7.5 and already scored, question is will he play? I took off Silva for Gerrard, probably too prematurely, but i thought he was gonna be sidelined with injury now i hear he will be fit.
I also took out Nani and Ferguson in order to bring in Sess and Pilkington, better value for money, but Nani has Bolton coming up, so maybe that is too hasty?

    Any suggestions?

I can't comprehend Henry in your starting team, especially given rvp is in there anyway. nice otherwise, be tempted to downgrade a defender and upgrade sess or henry

hi all! I need some help! this is my team:
    Sorensen/mignolet
    Richards/Enrique/Dawson/shotton/Simpson
    bale/Valencia/silva/benarfa/mclean
    ADe/rvp/aguerro
considerations at the moment are downgrading a aguerro to upgrade benarfa or McLean. I could change benarfa to nani/mata and Valencia to Dempsey. downgrading ADE isn’t really an option as I got him for £8m. I would have 6.1 (nani) or 6.9 (mata) for the third striker. any other more imaginative ideas also welcome too!
    any thoughts very welcome!
