After a thrilling day of Premier League action yesterday, Super Sunday has a lot to live up to – and it just might. Four of the top five play each other, in what could prove be a monumental day in the 2011-12 season. Needless to say, the Dugout Discussion chatroom is open for business, so come is and share your thoughts on the day’s action as they unfold.

It all starts at the Etihad Stadium, where league leaders Manchester City face a Tottenham Hotspur side eager to establish themselves as title contenders. The team news is in…

Man City XI: Hart, Richards, Savic, Lescott, Clichy, Milner, Barry, Silva, Nasri, Aguero, Dzeko.

Spurs XI: Friedel, Walker, Kaboul, King, Assou-Ekotto, Lennon, Parker, Modric, Bale, Van der Vaart, Defoe.

Once again Roberto Mancini cannot call upon the services of their suspended captain fantastic Vincent Kompany, but welcome Micah Richards back into the fold. Edin Dzeko continues up front with Sergio Aguero.

A huge boost for the visitors sees their captain and defensive rock, Ledley King, named amongst the starting eleven after missing the last five league games. Elsewhere, Jermain Defoe starts, replacing the ineligible Emmanuel Adebayor.

Once the dust has settled in Manchester, we turn our attention to the capital. Manchester United will be looking to capitalise on any dropped points from the earlier game, and Arsenal are seeking redemption from the humiliation at the hands of the Champions in the reverse fixture. In case your memory has failed you, it was 8-2.

The Dugout Discussion chatroom can be accessed right here.

I wilcarded last week and nearly got my team perfect, except for my last 2 places, where I went for Aguero and Dyer, when i should have went Valancia + a cheapie striker....

    still 63 pre-bonus is decent..

God my wildcard team has to lose Nani and Jones after today so is going to be pretty much the most generic team about

    Lindegaard, Krul
    Richards, Huth, Evans, Santon, Senderos
    Silva, Bale, Dempsey, Valencia, Sess
    RVP, Dzeko, Sturridge

Dzeko is a bit out there, but downgrading Aguero (to get Silva) and downgrading Nani means he's a good choice in that range with City's fixtures.

Rooney is not worth his price in fpl. He "might" score the occasional goal but he is not worth 12m.

But I think valencia passed it and rooneys hair strand touched the ball. Rules is rules, last DNA trace on the ball before goalscorer gets assist.

One of the most popular transfers of the week I imagine will be Jones > Evans.

If Jones is out for a few weeks, that makes Evans more nailed on than Jesus.

I had Sess (c) and Dempsey (vc)

Then ended up with Huth (c), Aguero (vc).. Would be on 74 points if I had stuck...but 64 still a great score

Both. If Rooney pulls up lame, I'll simply replace him with the likeliest looking striker. Ade at home to Wigan, or Bent at home to Villa or Zamora at home to the Baggies etc, etc...

Try Walters: basically an extra striker in your squad with 4 good fixtures in a row after Man Utd next week.

After WC'ing last week I was changing in between Valencia and Dempsey all week and opted for Valencia in the end, was very annoyed after Dempsey's performance yesterday but Valencia's today has made it not so hard to take. Still only 51pts + possibility of bonuses from Valencia, Silva, Bale, Sessegnon and Van Persie (C) whilst a poor defensive performance with Shawcross, Enrique and Simpson let me down, as well as Walters.
