After a frenetic Deadline Day Tuesday that saw an abundance of big-name moves, such as Nikica Jelavic to Everton (massive), the Dugout Discussion returns to complete Gameweek 23. We’ve got five more Premier League fixtures to pour over tonight, but with most of the big-hitters on show yesterday, fantasy points may be a little thin on the ground.

We start at Villa Park with a slightly earlier kick-off, where Alex McCleish’s side play host Mark Hughes’ Queens Park Rangers. The other four games get under way on the hour, including the televised game at the Stadium of Light between Sunderland and Norwich City (definitely worth watching ahead of Valencia Vs. Barcelona).

There’s also Blackburn Rovers versus Newcastle United, Arsenal travel to the Reebok Stadium to face Bolton Wanderers, and a Bobby Zamora-less Fulham welcome the visit of Roy Hodgson’s West Bromich Albion.

    Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory (original, yeah that's ride Alan Hayes, sod off) just finished on ITV3.

    And I had to painfully watch the full 90 mins of RVP(c) fail instead.

    GW 22: Walters (0 points)
    GW 21: Nani (6 points)
    GW 20: Bale (24 points, well it was the DGW)
    GW 19: Nani (2 points)
    GW 18: RVP (6 points)

    Makes for such bleak reading! How (before the start of this GW) I'm in the top 10k is beyond me!

    So let me summarize my GW.

    Sorensen and Lindegaard. Would have had a clean sheet if he didn’t get injured. 1 point
    Richards, Senderos and Kelly all give up one goal to well known goalscorers Somen Tchoyi and Darron Gibson. Expected 18 got 6 points
    Bale, Sessegnon and Valencia who everyone on here has, did well for me. Transferred Silva in and got 2.
    Upfront I got a total of 8 points with RVP, Aguero and Morison all not scoring/assisting.

    Fecking Fulham, I can tell they'll piss me off further for weeks to come. Also, how do Newcastle keep doing it? Tiote, Cabaye and the Dembas missing yet they still win, with a clean sheet to boot. Pardew doing excellent. Krul and Santon on my bench isn't pretty viewing, but I ended up with 55 points. Meh.

    So much for the scouts warning about picking players who did well in 1st half of season.
