Andre Villas-Boas has revealed that Daniel Sturridge and Didier Drogba are both fit and available for Chelsea’s trip to West Brom.

Gareth Bale’s hamstring injury isn’t as serious as first feared and will be assessed this weekend by Tottenham, while Kyle Walker looks likely to be available for Harry Redknapp’s side. Spurs’ Sunday showdown counterparts, Manchester United, have a fit-again Wayne Rooney amongst their ranks, but are without Antonio Valencia and Tom Cleverley.

Stephane Sessegnon is reportedly late back from international duty and will be assessed before the North East Derby. Their equals will be able to call upon Papiss Cisse, who missed duty with Senegal in midweek but has since recovered from a groin problem, according to Alan Pardew this afternoon.

    Krul, Mignolet
    Kompany, Simpson, Evans, Caulker, Taiwo
    Bale, Silva, Dempsey, McClean, Siggy
    RvP, Ba, Aguero

2FT with 1.2 in the bank.

Any suggestions? I think my team looks decent but i’ve got my wildcard left aswell and not sure when to use it.

I want to get Suarez in for the DGW and then will get rid of him on my wildcard on GW31 but not sure what to do with my extra transfer.

Or just do Mignolet > Schwarzer?

    Team for this week:
    Hart
    Santon Richards Caulker Kelly
    Silva(v) Dempsey Bale
    Rooney(c) RVP Papiss

    Subs: Krul, McClean, Evans, Miyaichi

I wasn't sure which two to play of Santon, Caulker and McClean. And i think the Tottenham game will be quite open, especially with no Parker, hence the Rooney(c). Any suggestions?

    1. Would it be too risky to go into this GW with Bale, v.Persie and Senderos, since they are all doubts?
    2. Best goalie for 4.5 or less? Thinking of doing sessegnon and Sørensen out, Dempsey and a goalie in. Mignolet is on my bench.

Liverpool players for the double gw are thin on the ground.

Gerrard - expensive, injury doubt, form doubt, playing deeper than usual

Adam - in shocking form, if Gerrard is fit he won't start both matches as Kenny has started using him as an impact sub more

Henderson - not much attacking threat, rotation risk

Kuyt - expensive and doubt he will start both games if any

Downing - been woefully out of form, but shown the odd glimpse in recent games. risky.

Maxi - seemingly not in favour but would be a good option. the hope is that he will be used more again now suarez is back from his ban as they link up well together and he is fresh.

Suarez - should start both games but in poor form, doesn't look sharp and questions regarding his temperament.

Carroll - actually think he's a decent option if you fancy a punt...game time is the issue though. if he scores against arsenal tomorrow then I'd be very tempted.

Bellamy - 100% won't start both games so you'll probably get about 90mins of action from him. explosive though.

Reina - only current liverpool player in my squad and a great pick to play week in week out from now till the season end if you're looking to change up your keepers.

    Agger - injured.

Skrtel - rock solid and probably the best defensive option.

Carragher - not sure he will start both games. coates might be used against sunderland and then carragher for the derby.

Enrique - similar price to skrtel but offers less attacking threat.

Johnson - if you have the budget then he's a decent punt. mops up the bp's and while he does flatter to deceive as an attacking threat, he does have it in his locker. slight doubt over his injury though with the reliable kelly waiting in the wings.

One further point is that Agger being out is a huge blow. He links the midfield and the defence and Liverpoool's record with him is much better than without him in terms of wins and clean sheets.

I thought Suarez was one of Liverpool's worst performers in the final. He looked a shadow of his former self and while he nearly scored, that's about all he did do. That worries me because he's usually buzzing around, causing problems and getting loads of chances. It could just be a sharpness issue though as he did miss a fair amount of games. Hopefully the whole Evra saga hasn't affected him as a player negatively and that he will realise he owes the manager and the club after their support, however there is the worry that he will sulk, go into his shell and not turn it in before moving on in the summer.

      Or, in laymans terms:

"Liverpool players for the double gw are thin on the ground.

      Gerrard – Not worth it

      Adam – Not worth it

      Henderson – Ha.

      Kuyt – Not worth it

      Downing – Ha.

      Maxi – Not worth it

Suarez – Rooney is better option even not having a DGW

      Carroll – You'd never know.

Bellamy – Worth it if he was guaranteed 2 games, but he's not. Not worth it

      Reina – Worth it

      Agger – injured.

      Skrtel – Worth it

      Carragher – Not worth it

Enrique – Slightly less worth it than Skrtel, but worth it

      Johnson – Worth a punt"

      Cheers Stevie G!

        Yeah, basically!

I'm saving my free transfer this week and making 3 next week for a 4pt hit.

Already got Reina, so going to probably bring in Carroll or Suarez for Aguero. Will wait for the Arsenal match tomorrow to see how they both play.

That will be it for Pool players though as going to bring Baines in for Kompany (I know, I know) and then Valencia for Sess assuming he's fit.

    hi boys,

i have a real dilemma as far as the double gw goes. currently, i am thinking about bringing in skrtel and suarez for the double gw. the problem with that is, i want rooney the gw right after, which means i have to take a -4 to trade suarez and skrtel right back out for rooney and santon. Or I could just bring rooney and santon straight away for gw28, without taking a hit. So what do you think, is it worth taking a -4 punt to bring in skrtel and suarez just for their double?

any help is greatly appreciated xoxo

      figure i'd shorten it abit

      for gw 28
      a) cahill + aguero -> skrtel + suarez then -4 hit for santon + rooney for gw29
      b) cahill + aguero -> santon + rooney forgetting about liverpool double and no hit

Only idea so far is Dyer -> Miyaichi for a long term transfer. Will warm bench this week.

Nani is definitely THE player to have for the run in, that is all really , I'm probably going to be doing sess->nani and 3 other moves for a 8 point hit next week, sess has pretty awful fixtures coming up as well PLUS look at united's fixtures.

What's happened to Papiss Cisse on FISO? He was around 85% last night, hasn't gone up in value and is now back on 0%. I'm hoping to put him in asap.

Also, I brought in Yaya for Silva today.

I'm not sure. I think FISO thought he rose last night. He'll probably rise tonight for real.

I have no idea about what to do with my team this week. Was not planning on making any transfers. Any suggestions on my best starting 11?

    Vorm krul
    Kompany Simpson Evans bae Kelly
    Silva McLean bale Dempsey siggy
    Rvp aguero ba

Was thinking of benching vorm, Evans, Simpson and McLean? Good choice?

I would bench: Krul, McClean, BAE, Evans

If you play Simpson and Vorm you've covered both teams. Sunderland might score so it's too risky to double up.
