Liverpool XI: Reina, Kelly, Skrtel, Carragher, Jose Enrique, Henderson, Gerrard, Spearing, Downing, Carroll, Suarez.

Everton XI: Howard, Hibbert, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Coleman, Rodwell, Fellaini, Pienaar, Stracqualursi, Anichebe.

Kenny Dalglish names an attacking line-up, desperate to put an end to his prolonged set of horrendous results. Andy Carroll partners Luis Suarez, and Steven Gerrard returns to the starting eleven.

Celebrating 10 years of continuous employment this week, David Moyes could see his side leap-frog their city rivals with a win. It’s surprising then that, despite his winner against Spurs, Nikica Jelavic is dropped to the bench along with John Heitinga. In their place, Denis Stracqualursi and Phil Jagielka come in.

    People were having a laugh when I mentioned taking a 12 pt hit, but it's looking very much worthwhile now. The 4 players I would have had to play Aguero (1), Ba (2), Silva (2) and Williamson (1) got a total of 6 points. The 4 I brought in on the other hand so far, Enrique (8), Miyaichi (7), Suarez (7) and Rooney (13) have covered the hit and more 😀

      I'd agree 12pointers are a rediculous idea but I did one too - Ba, Aguero, Sess, Kompany, Vorm (12pts) for Rooney, Suarez(C), Siggurdson, Enrique, Reina (44pts)

        I'm pretty sure they count in extra time too. e.g. if Lyon have scored a goal in the ET with Apoel when both games finished 1:0, the cypriots would have needed two goals to win the tie
