Didier Drogba is out of the firing line for Chelsea as they travel to the Emirates. Yakubu and Junior Hoilett are set to start for troubled Rovers. Cheick Tiote is expected to return for the Magpies ahead of their meet with Stoke, who will check on flu-victim Jermaine Pennant.

Pavel Pogrebnyak returns for Fulham as they prepare for the arrival of in-form Wigan. Mark Albrighton, Carlos Cuellar and Charles N’Zogbia push for Villa starts. Ashley Young is the only slight concern as the leaders wait on the visit of Everton; they will be without the inspiration of Leighton Baines, as a hamstring injury keeps him sidelined.

All the day’s team news tittle tattle has been collated for you and can be found in our Team News section, along with our predicted lineups for all the weekend’s games. We’ll keep this up to date right up until tomorrow’s deadline, and, as always, keep ‘em peeled for the latest via the Scout Tweets.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

It's a terrible argument though and is typical of a lot of religious arguments hasn't done it's research.
The great one in evolution for example is the "Feature X couldn't have evolved so it must be god" - the eye being the most famous but that was solved fairly simply.
And no they can't see the Professor's brain but they could sure as hell test the theory that had had no brain - crack open his skull if you want to be barbaric (or less barbaric test it on 1000 other dead professors and find they all have brains.)

Makes no sense to get rid of Rooney just before a home match esp considering the fact that he scored a brace when he was'nt at his best... Plus on penos too... Yeah, he cant score against Everton and all that but a few days back neither of Aguero or Dempsey could score away... Keeping the holy trinity of RVP--Rooney--Aguero... Got HBA in for Sess... Hope not having Cisse does not hurt me too much

Was considering Cisse as captain earlier in the week but it just didn't feel right. Like the article says, he is converting his chances at an unbelievable rate, much like Pog did a few months ago. Will be surprised if he keeps it up.

Arrrrrggggg who to pick for my last striker, decided I'm getting rid of Rooney and want to have Adebayor in for GW 36, but want to have a city striker to (C) this GW.

    1) Rooney > Aguero

    2) Rooney > Tevez

Thanks for you efforts but I had pressed the accept but before reading them. I think the Siggy/Petrov exchange is at best borderline but I really don't mind being left with Petrov for the final two weeks. He's cheap and cheerful (well cheap at least) and allows a strong 11.

As things stand, now have 3 DGW this week and 10 for next.

If you were going to get an Everton defender now who is not Baines, which one would it be? I'm a bit torn and worried about rotation... currently I'm looking at either Heitinga or Jagielka.

Jagielka for me (see below), think he'll be back up after their display at the back V Liverpool and Baines' injury.

Yeah I thought so too, just was a bit concerned by the fact that he didn't play the cup game and there didn't appear to be a reason for it. His goal threat is nice too. Cheers!

With Baines out, I'm considering Jagielka, as well as Terry, for the DGW... which do people prefer? Leaning towards Jags atm. Money isn't too big an issue.

Is Terry going to keep playing with broken ribs during the league games? There's got to be a doubt there.

True, Cahill is another option but again isn't nailed on. Ideally I'd get someone with some attacking threat, ACole's seems to have diminished recently.
