FPL 2012/13 Is Now Open

And we’re off….Having released the Player Price List earlier on this week, the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game is now officially up and running for the 2012/13 campaign, allowing us to tinker with our teams ahead of the big kick-off on Saturday August 18:

In conjunction with Tuesday’s revelation, our coverage of the player valuations continues to pick up pace. Having rolled out our analysis of the Goalkeepers and Defenders, we followed that up with a look at the Midfielders earlier this afternoon – no prizes for guessing the Forwards are on tomorrow’s agenda.

For now, though, let’s not waste any further time – our patience has been tested enough. Head off to the official site and get your team registered for the new season, folks, and let the planning begin.

          Going through the first few IDs, all people who work for the site.

        Cheers dan, have 9.0 for two defenders. Thinking Hangeland (5.0) and Gorks (4.0) so. Otherwise it would've been Kelly (4.5) and either Cuellar (4.5) or Shorey (4.5)

    Jkis are you staying loyal to your Grav and putting DDG in goal?

    Is DDG and Vidic the only United defensive coverage worth having? Rafael would be ideal but far from nailed on.

      I am not, I am having Vidic, had my heart set on it since June. My defence has been the one constant in my team, alongside Noble. I would say the only nailed members of United's defence are Vidic and Evra, DDG will play MOST games, but every chance Lindy will get a run out every now and again. IMO Rafa will start the season at rb, whether he keeps that place is entirely up to him
