With the aid of our Projections we’ve analysed the average points expected per player over the course of the upcoming campaign and, applying this to the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) player price list, have listed the top ten in terms of expected value per Fantasy pound for the season ahead…

Approach would be to double up Chelski and Man City for GW1 (potentially 6 clean sheets), trade out Cech for De Gea in GW2, and in GW3 lose Ivanovic for cheaper defender and Torres for Rooney or some other striker. (-4 points)

Open ControlsIf we play 433 (as I hope) Cabaye should do well in FPL terms and will play as furthest forward of the midfield 3.
If we play 442 (as I fear!), he'll play pretty deep alongside Tiote and let the wingers and fullbacks get forward and dictate the play from deep. So not as good for FPL.
