We may have suffered inauspicious starts to the season but there’s no denying it, we just love Fantasy Football.

For all his grumpiness and bile, Granville’s enthusiasm spills over as we both dive into the hot topics of the week: Juan Mata’s decline, Eden Hazard’s rise, the Rooney vs Van Persie question, whether Granville is the dopey one.

All these issues and more are addressed in the next 38-minutes, along with the return of All Aboard, the weekend preview and the first decisions to be made with the ailing ScoutCast XI. It’s my turn to play Pat Rice to Granville’s Arsene Wenger this week and, to script, I prove to be more of a hindrance than a help.

      Not really because you end up with a defender who will lose his place to Sagna shortly and there are no guarantees than Nasri + RVP outscore Yaya + Rooney. They are both equally strong combinations it's just that Nasri + RVP looks more flairy.

        Well, I realise Jenkinson is only short-term but when he inevitably does lose his place to Sagna, I'll find a replacement.

        Zabaleta is quite short-term too remember.

          Id rather have 20 min of VDV than 90 min of Torres, so surely you have more important issues. And I would give him at least 1 gameweek, last gameweek could have been down to fitness or whatever. If he does not play this gameweek than get rid. But I would not rush it.

      Just too much uncertainty over who will play and who will play where. I'm taking a punt on putting Kagawa in, but I wouldn't want to spend 12.0 on a centre mid for now.
