We may have suffered inauspicious starts to the season but there’s no denying it, we just love Fantasy Football.

For all his grumpiness and bile, Granville’s enthusiasm spills over as we both dive into the hot topics of the week: Juan Mata’s decline, Eden Hazard’s rise, the Rooney vs Van Persie question, whether Granville is the dopey one.

All these issues and more are addressed in the next 38-minutes, along with the return of All Aboard, the weekend preview and the first decisions to be made with the ailing ScoutCast XI. It’s my turn to play Pat Rice to Granville’s Arsene Wenger this week and, to script, I prove to be more of a hindrance than a help.

    Most will say Mata > Kagawa, but i want Michu and he is going up in price again so maybe take a hit and do Taarabt > Michu also?

      I would just do Mata to Michu. I wouldn't touch Kagawa personally, too much rotation, he's not going to be playing in the hole with the Roo/RVP partnership and with Welbeck/Nani/Young/Valencia competition for starts out wide is going to be fierce.

          That's true I guess, but there's still basically 2 spots for 5 players, assuming Rooney/RVP will play almost every week. But maybe Kagawa will become as essential as the commenters on here think he will.

      The obvious choice from them two is Tevez, though I think City will struggle against The Pool.
      Adebayor would be my choice, but he may get eased in and come on as sub next game, but has a great run until gw6.

    Anyone else planning on saving their transfer this week? I am interested to see how players like Rooney, Torres, RVP, Michu, etc., perform. Then I will be able to make two transfers for gameweek three, and I will be able to make a more educated decision. Anyone agree?

    1.5m in the bank, so I need to free up some funds to do the inevitable RVP transfer. Shifting the Che players seems best.
