Last weekend’s headliners get the Gameweek started as Swansea face West Ham at the Liberty in the day’s early kick-off. Following that, we’ve no less than seven other Premier League matches in a bumper Saturday programme. Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to soak up your real-time reactions as today’s matches roll on.

The team news from Swansea finds Michael Laudrup not surprisingly keeping faith with the same XI which scored five at Loftus Road. Chico recovers from a knock to start in defence, then. As for West Ham, they give £10 million man Matt Jarvis his debut, while James Tomkins also returns to the starting lineup and could well occupy a midfield role. Ricardo Vaz Te and Matt Taylor have made way.

          I think you'll find Adebayor may have a say in that. Plus the fact that AVB wants to go with 1 up front doesn't bode well for you. You may get away with it for this week, but I wouldn't have risked it.

    The call of nature shortly before 11.30 meant I had to do my transfers while taking a dump in a public toilet. I'm not quite sure what kind of omen that is for Chico and RVP but it won't be long until we find out.
