Saturday Dugout Discussion – Gameweek 2

Last weekend’s headliners get the Gameweek started as Swansea face West Ham at the Liberty in the day’s early kick-off. Following that, we’ve no less than seven other Premier League matches in a bumper Saturday programme. Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to soak up your real-time reactions as today’s matches roll on.

The team news from Swansea finds Michael Laudrup not surprisingly keeping faith with the same XI which scored five at Loftus Road. Chico recovers from a knock to start in defence, then. As for West Ham, they give £10 million man Matt Jarvis his debut, while James Tomkins also returns to the starting lineup and could well occupy a midfield role. Ricardo Vaz Te and Matt Taylor have made way.

Enjoy the game and all today’s action.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Fooook.. Thought that Cuellar would be switched to the next player on bench, but: Sunderland v Reading has been postponed. Any players you have from these teams will score 0 in Gameweek 2. Players will play twice in a future Gameweek, when the game is rescheduled.

Any more word on the Chelsea game? Last I heard was that there was a pitch inspection.

That would be a disaster if it was to be off!
