Later today, we’re treated to Newcastle vs Villa and Southampton vs United at St Mary’s. With Carlos Tevez delivering on his captaincy promised yesterday, all eyes will now be on Robin Van Persie as he takes on the Saints as United’s chief goal threat in the absence of the injured Wayne Rooney.

    Have both tevez and Rvp. Well happy. Especially as I took a hit to get Rvp in.

    eugh. RVP, I'm not sure you're worth the money - but I can't sit through 90 minutes of that every week.

    On the other hand my team looks so much worse after dissasembling it to get the funds together for him.

    And I had finally convinced myself that RVP wasn't necessary in my team...Back to drawing board it seems. Is it less safe to not have torres/hazard or not have RVP? It seems I will only get one. Honestly, I think I already know the answer.

    overall points after baps: 76
    I had - Tevez (c) + Cazorla + RVP= 30+14+15= 59.
    so the rest of my team got 17 😉
