            a contract does not mean he'll start 100%.. he's brilliant(one of the best players in the league), but with UCL and an even bigger squad this yeat he is still likely to get rotated

      Na, Silva wasn't match fit at the start of the season so hardly got any game time. Nasri also usually plays on the left, with Silva on the right.

        I know, but they have been using 3 centre mids sometimes with one of Nasri or Silva in behind the strikers.

        I reckon he might struggle to get back in, y'know. Vertonghen seems quite a beast at LB, and if Gallas and Caulker can strike up a good partnership together at CB, I could see Vert keeping that LB spot for a bit.
