The term ‘Moneyball’ should not become a synonym for “obscure” as value can sometimes still be found in even the brightest of spotlights. Therefore, having highlighted some fringe Fantasy prospects in the first few entries in this series, we will turn our attention this week to somewhere well overdue some strong returns and Fantasy attention: Anfield.

Would you transfer Lescott out for a free? If so, who would you transfer him for?
Open Controls-
-
Yes, probably and that would really depend on who else you have.
Open Controls-
(And if there are any other pressing transfers)
Open Controls
-
-
Who else do you have?
Open Controls-
-
Cole would be ideal.
Open Controls

Keep him

Which two out of Nolan, Fellaini and Pienaar would you play? Keep changing it!
Open Controls-
Sorry............ I mean Nolan, Fellaini and BEN ARFA!!!
Open Controls-
-
-
Yeah Nolan seems pretty nailed on, can't decide out of the other two. Have been playing Fellaini up until now but have a feeling Newcastle vs Utd could be a goalfest with their defences...
Open Controls
-
-
All 3 could easily score points.
Try benching someone else.Open Controls-
I'm afraid my team is THAT good 😉 . Thats why I am asking the question.
Open Controls -
+1, think you need to play all of them, drop a defender
Open Controls-
lol i would if i could, but trust me those are the 3 that I have to bench one of. Bale, Michu, Ben Arfa, Fellaini, Nolan, RVP, Tevez, Lambert

I would like to apologise unreservedly for the state of my FPL squad. I saw the posts on here and in the heat of the moment transfered in players I really didn’t want. I hope this puts an end to the saga which has tarnished both me and my squad since the beginning of the season.
I now want to concentrate on the next GW when no doubt I will once again be completly let down by my captain and then rest of the team.
Jafooli......Open Controls-
And so you should, it is a disgrace! 😉

Is it worth saving my FT for the international break?
Foster
Baines jenkinson davies (rafael, demel)
Pienaar fellaini Michu hazard (Ben arfa)
Rvp Lambert BaOpen Controls -
captain choice is next to impossible this week so who should i captain:
(A)- Bale
(B)- RVP
(C)- Torres
(D)- Tevez
(E)- MichuOpen Controls -
Sorted my WC team: RVP-less team.
Foster (Bego)
Baines, Rafael, Davies (Cuellar, Clark)
Mata, Silva, Gervinho, Bale (Sterling)
Tevez, Lambert, Jelavic.Open Controls-
Nice team. Ive not got the balls to ditch RVP!
Open Controls

-
RVP to start then?
Going to be a pretty high scoring game that captaining either RVP or Ba could pay off.Open Controls -
just noticed there that i'm coming exactly 18,000 in the world! can't remember being divisible by 1000 before
Open Controls -
Woof at the latest tweet.. RVP captain.
Open Controls -
Any news on Ridgewell and Saylor? Seriously hampering my moves for this weekend.

It's all kicking off. Still don't know if this account is genuine.Open Controls -
Evening people. Have been off for a while now.
1)Whom should i transfer out for Jelly?? Fletcher or Tevez?
Have RVP with them.
2)And does having Fellaini, Baines and Jelly mean too much EVE??
Replies welcome.
Ta.Open Controls-
I have same front line. keeping them all
Open Controls -
If you have Fella and Baines do you need Jelavic, especially at the expense of one of two good strikers IMO
Open Controls -
I think Jelly will do well. Will see Fellaini for this week and get someone else for him next week.
Open Controls
-
-
Sahin anybody?
Open Controls -
Thinking of switching Kagawa and Ridgewell for Ramirez and Baines. Worth the 4 point hit?
Team I had week 6
Begovic (Vorm)
S Taylor, Mcauley, Rafael (Cameron, Graham)
Pienaar(C), Kagawa, Bale, Fellaini(C), Hazard
Tevez, Lambert, (Graham)
1.9 in bank
Used wild card week 3.Open Controls -
I'm feeling generous. I will share you my new bandwagon thought of the week! He's not in my team for this week but planned in wildcard next week. Watch Suso go! £5m Liverpool striker.
Open Controls-
playing as a winger, no? I'm trying to start a Sahin band wagon by the way.
Open Controls -
Haven't seen him but then I think he's a reverse OOP! Isn't he??
Open Controls-
He may be a winger but perhaps more a support striker to Suarez - still £5m is a bargain OOP or not

You still have Watto 🙂

why so sad La Liga leader?
Krul, Saylor and Colo out = RvP (c)Open Controls

Sterling or Dembele this week? First to 5 I will actually do. Currently 1-1
Open Controls-
sterling

Yaya (possible doubt) and Podolski to Gervinho and Jelly.. ive got 2 free's, yay or nay
Open Controls -
My team for this week. Plan to save my trasnfer, or is there a must have transfer I should do for this week? 1.3m in the bank. Cheers
Friedel (Jaask)
Baines, Ivanovic, Lescott (Cuellar, Barnettt)
Kacaniclic, Michu, Fellaini, Yaya (Britton)

Questioning my team a bit today ...
Jaask (Fed)
Baines, Clyne, Williams (Hange, Cuell)
Bale, HBA, Hazard, Maloney (Noble)
Tev, RVP (C), Graham
0.5 in bank, 1 FT.
Roll with it this week, and use 2 FTs after the break for some tweaking?Open Controls -
There is going to be some unhappy campers come next week. Haz leading the (c) poll, yet most on here seem to favor Rvp(c).
Open Controls-
I have not decided yet, but given the latest Newcastle team news RvP (c) is very tempting
Open Controls-
I'd say given the latest team news, RVP (c) is essential.
Open Controls -
I would take what Pardew says with copious amounts of salt. I think it was before the Spurs game he was bleeting on about having half of his team doubtful with injuries and it turned out to be total bullshit.
Open Controls

I'm probably shipping RvP out next week so I want one more comfortable weekend with the armband on him before he goes...
Open Controls
-
eeesh. This is hard. Captain options:
Bale: played 90mins last night. Has let me down badly before at home to easier oppo
RVP: played 90mins on Tues. Newc traditionally tight at home. Some rotation potentially
Hazard: played 25mins on Weds. Rotation a risk, but NOR could be a great fixture for him
Tevez: rested midweek. think he'll play majority of game. Sunderland tightOpen Controls -
Stuck!!!
Sahin or Ramirez.
Already have Sterling and Lambert and have 7.7m if i ship McClean out.
CheersOpen Controls-
Gerv
Open Controls -
I shipped out McClean for Nolan this week, as he is probably the best mid in the game for next week and could get some vs arsenal too.
other options I would consider would be Fellaini, Gervinho or Michu. Defenatly not Ramirez (with Lambert in your team) or Sahin(you already have sterling.Open Controls

Ashley cole getting hammered by Ebeue on twitter, and he is not being subtle about his feelings 🙂
Open Controls-
Is it his account?
Open Controls

Good article. Thanks. Might even do Kagawa -> Sterling this week. Get a bit of cash in the bank for the international week.
Open Controls-
Kags has the better fixture this week and is the better player, you can just do that next week.
Open Controls-
I prefer Stoke at home to Newcastle away. Got RVP from Man U. And Kags will drop. All these make me think of doing the transfer.
That said, I could go for Cazorla, but Im in the mood for a bit more of a punt.Open Controls

Foster (Jaask)
Jenks Baines Clyne (Ridgewell Cuellar)
Pinaar Michu Hazard Carzola (Sterling)
Tevez RVP (Lambert)
Need to tinker???
Have 0.4 in the bank and 2FT
Please help, not sure if I should just take out Ridgewell or more drastic changes needed.
