The Custom Stats table feature is now live in the Members Area and available to our Members.

In case you missed the beef on this, you can view this article for more information but the quickest way of getting to grips with it is to view the movie below which shows how the feature can be used.

We’ve gone live with a number of tables that we’ve created to demonstrate what can be done. These tables analyse areas such as the crosses supplied by defenders, the distribution type and success from goalkeepers, the aerial prowess of forwards, the top creative midfielders based on chances created per minute, the top penalty box dwellers and predators and analysis of touches made by Premier League teams by area of the pitch.

There’s also a couple of team specific tables included – an analysis of where Man United’s players are receiving the ball, while Big Dunc has created a table offering a breakdown of Everton’s key attacking players based on goal involvement.

That should give you plenty to get your teeth into, whilst handing you some examples of what can be created and shared. It’s now over to you to build your own tables and start sharing them up with your fellow members, whilst casting votes on your favourite tables available.

  I guess you can use the comparison tool if you have specific players in mind maybe? Might it be possible to implement a filter where you can choose a number of specific teams to compare players from in a table, not just one team? Obviously I know this is just launch day, and the tool's not fully developed yet so no worries 🙂 ...

    Yeah, definitely it's something we can add but it will likely be for next season as we have to concentrate on the comments system but in prior to next season, we will be giving the members area more love.
    
    We'll still add some more stats in the next few weeks though - they are real quick to generate.

  I think all Suarez owners accept he's going to miss a few that RVP may convert but every now and again has a game like he did against Norwich.

  Id say you have to look at how they have done historically. If they usually put the chances away at a good clip than it is good. When they are perennial underperformers as Suarez and Taarabt- than there is no use.

Seems strange that you can create a custom table listing, say, the top 10 teams who have scored the most goals from set-pieces - yet not teams who have conceded the most goals to set-pieces.

Anybody know? Only thing it has is 'goals conceded'

Whats the story with transfers for this week ? Is there 2 free transfers due to the international break last week end or is it still one free transfer ? Help would be much appreciated!

  Yes you are correct, you get a transfer every week, regardless if there was games played or not.
  
  This is why you have lots of transfers at the start of a new season. As they build up over the summer weeks.

      No. You get 1 free transfer per Gameweek. If you do you use this transfer one Gameweek then it is cxarried over to the following Gameweek. Th most free tansfers you can have at any one tim eis 2.

  transfers only apply to gameweeks when EPL matches are played so the international break is counted simply as one gameweek so you have just the one transfer you would have if there had been no international break

There is no 'shots conceded' stat. In fact, there are very few defensive stats available for the tables.

  Yep, I hadn't realised. It's because a lot of the defensive stats are calculated from attacking stats and they weren't on our initial list. Don't worry, I'm making a list of those to add and we'll try to get them in for the weekend.

      Sorting normally needs to be descending unless you're sorting by something like minutes per chance which will need to be ascending to give you the top ranked players.
