It’s a blockbuster Sunday in the Premier League, as two city rivals and two championship rivals face each other in back-to-back games. The Dugout Discussion opens for our first game, the small matter of the Merseyside Derby…

Everton XI: Howard, Coleman, Jagielka, Distin, Baines, Naismith, Osman, Neville, Mirallas, Fellaini, Jelavic.

Liverpool XI: Jones, Wisdom, Skrtel, Agger, Jose Enrique, Fernandez Saez, Sahin, Gerrard, Allen, Sterling, Suarez.

David Moyes gets a huge boost in the form of Marouane Fellaini, who has passed fit and starts up front for the Toffee’s. As for Liverpool, they welcome back Pepe Reina but opt to leave him on the bench, meaning Brad Jones keeps his spot. Elsewhere, Jose Enrique gets a rare start courtesy of a Glen Johnson injury picked up midweek.

Before proceedings at Goodison Park conclude, Newcastle United host West Brom, and Southampton welcome the visit of Tottenham Hotspur (both games kick-off at 3p.m). Arguably the biggest game of the day kicks off at 4p.m however, as Manchester United travel to table-toppers Chelsea.

      I'm considering the same move except Wilson out instead of Kolarov (I'm keeping unless he is actually injured). Seems stupid not to have Mata, I've just been putting it off on principle since I had him for the first 3 gameweeks.

    As far as I am concerned today's game, the Liverpool game and last year's Chelsea were game were a fix. Even united fans should be ashamed to win in those circumstances. I hope.

        The problem is...if there was ANY contact at all then it could have easily been a freekick for Torres.

        It's just that Torres obviously made a meal of it which made it look bad for him.

    58 points, not bad!

    Managed to avoid all of the 'mines' that were injuries, sendings off etc. with only Baines coming out scathed. But he got an assist to make up for it!

    No suspension for Torres cos he walked for two yellows and not a straight red? Someone please confirm. According to Kenny Cunningham on Newstalk commentary Chelsea can't appeal a sending off for two yellows but can for a straight red.
