Hows this team looking for the weekend?

    Begovic
    Baines Rafael Cameron
    Bale Mata Pienaar Nolan
    Ba RVP(c) Berbatov

Good, I'd maybe consider downgrading Baines and upgrading Ba though.

Regarding Drogba wanting a loan move can a side not get him in on emergency loan?

Looking at Liverpool only having Luis Suarez fit, or Chelsea only having Torres and Sturridge (who could be called a winger) surely they could bring him in on emergency loan.

Or when Suarez gets his inevitable 5th yellow of the season surely without a striker Liverpool could use the emergency loan rule to get him in?

Does anyone know if this would be possible?

Bristol City got George Elokobi on emergency loan from Wolves as we had no left back earlier this season (he broke his leg 30 mins into his first game, typical of our season...)

What would you do with this team? 😕

    Begovic (FUL)
Rafael (QPR) Davies (LIV) Baines (NOR) Clyne (NEW)
Mata (MCI) Bale (WHM) Sterling (swa)
Berbatov (sto) RVP (QPR) Ba (sou)

    Jaaskelainen - Gunter Walcott Fellaini

1 FT, 0.0 in the bank.

Would love Suarez to get a yellow this week!

Was eyeing up Clichy as a Baines replacement actually, then get in Wisdom and Jones for Clyne and Gunter.

Clichy does look a decent option and Mankini loves him. I need to ditch Baines myself and probably will. Got Foster and Rifdgewell for West Brom coverage and I think it's too much. Could ditch Ridgewell and get Shorey nearer the DGW I suppose. Baines to Clichy next week looks interesting 🙂

My team value isn't that great, so Baines is becoming a bit of a luxury. I'm keeping Tevez unless he starts getting rotated, but I could do Berba to Suarez if I sacrificed Baines.

Aye, if he doesn't get it in the next 2 I will cry.

Berbatov/Ba are still good though, it's just Suarez/Tevez/Aguero are looking too good to ignore all 3 at the moment. Guess that's why they are so much more expensive.

He has 5 assists in 10 games so far, two of which came from silly handballs by AVL defenders which doesnt even really count as something for form, as far as im concerned. I`d wait on calling Silva a must have or even a good transfer.

So, with GW 13 and 14 being just 3/4 days apart, which important FPL players do we think are in danger of not playing in both?

In terms of players I own and am worried about I would say:

    - Tevez
    - RVP
    - Valencia
    - Ramirez

I'm definitely saving my FT this weekend to be prepared for mayhem come Monday!

Going to downgrade Baines after Norwich.

Original plan was to get Suarez in, but am now wondering whether the forward line of

Ba - Berbatov - Van Persie

    is actually any worse.

Suarez is a lot of money! Should have kept hold of him when he was 9.6.

Walcott probably not worth ditching but could be missing the next two games, and Everton (a) ain't easy. Just worried that I have Clyne/Davies vs Ba/Sterling, and the fact Clyne and Davies are shit.

I'll be getting rid of Fellaini and Baines after the Arsenal game. Planning on saving GW14, (most people with home games GW13 have another nice one GW14) then for GW15:

      GW16:

If you can't get Silva there is no one in that 8.0+ range worth it. Fellaini, Michu, Nolan, Morrison get elite stats at cut rates. Weird this season that there is such a gap, that might be why so many people like Theo, since he fills that traditional 8m guy earning like a 10m star.

No-one considering selling him is under any illusions he will continue to do these things. It's having a 7m+ defender...that you could sell and get players you prefer elsewhere. It's very simple.

Herd mentality? There's a herd mentality about owning Baines. Selling him is a bold and brave move.

And has his form changed much?

No...but you don't look for form apart from when maybe you're looking at his crossing. CS are based on a team's form and penalties are all luck.

Selling him is a bold and brave move, because his ability to get points (assists/goals/pens/bonus) is so high.

Imagine how those points will look when Everton remember how to keep clean sheets.

Yet, for the last 5 he`s averaging 2.2, and now Everton are to face City, Arsenal, Spurs, Stoke and West Ham, with 3 of them on the road. Do you really see explosive returns here?

Don't get me wrong, I can see why folks want to redistribute his value, but he's 7m+ for a reason.

Over the course of 38 GW's in this current Everton side, his potential for points is just too good to consider selling.

Just because he has high potential to deliever points over the course of 38 games, does that mean you HAVE to stick with him for the entirety of the season? Everton are in somewhat bad form, and they have extremely tough fixtures for the next month. I have no trouble selling what so ever.

I put in far too long a post about this last night (in America), but that's what I think as well. The elite four forwards (presumably plus Kun as well) are both more consistent and explosive than the next tier, with only Long, Defoe, Fletcher and maybe Berba being a third striker option with either the consistency of returns or the explosiveness of performances. Meanwhile, there are eight midfielders getting about the same numbers in terms of consistency and explosiveness, with no real difference between Santi, Bale, Nolan, Michu, Morrison. Hazard, Fellaini, Mata are the elite, with Sikva likely to join them.

I think it because there were hardly any cleansheets but plenty of goals last week and everyone is trying to get as many big hitters in forward positions. Tevez, aguero, silva, caz, suarez, bale etc all had good weeks.
