Just the one game to entertain us this Sunday, as Norwich welcome Sunderland to Carrow Road. The Black Cats Fantasy assets have a perfect platform to grab our attention ahead of their double Gameweek, though they have a tough task on their hands – the Canaries have registered clean sheets in each of their last three home matches:

As always, our Dugout Discussion is open ahead of the 4pm kick-off, with the team news as follows:

Chris Hughton names the same starting XI that drew 1-1 at Everton in midweek, with Ryan Bennett continuing to deputise at centre-half for the injured Michael Turner.

Norwich Starting XI: Bunn; Whittaker, Bassong, R. Bennett, Garrido; Snodgrass, Johnson, Tettey, Pilkington; Hoolahan; Holt

For Sunderland, James McClean earns a recall to the first-team. Seb Larsson moves into central midfield to cover for the injured Lee Cattermole – this sees Adam Johnson shift to the right, with McClean returning to his usual left wing berth.

Sunderland XI: Mignolet, Bardsley, Kilgallon, Cuellar, Rose; Johnson, Larsson, Gardner, McClean; Sessegnon; Fletcher

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

I disagree, Shorey/Morrison are solid 4m defenders and they have a decent run of fixtures to follow.

" Spoilsport that he is, Alex Ferguson had seen enough of Rafael being given the run-around by McAnuff. Shortly before the goal, Rafael had been booked for a rugby tackle on the Reading captain and moments afterwards he was hooked.

The Brazilian’s display had hardly been a great career move but refusing to shake his manager’s hand as he left the pitch definitely was not."

Annoyed that i got sucked into getting a few 'big hitting' mids when my mid priced ones were doing soo well. Now i don't know whether to stick with the expensive ones for a while or reunite the holy trinity of Michu, Fellaini and Nolan.

Hold and go into this GW with 9 men and next with maybe 10?

I meant his poor form, he was absolute class last year. Seems like he's lost all confidence.

Am I right in thinking the 5 yellow card limit goes up to 10 as of 1 Jan. So if you're on 4 yellows as of 1 Jan you're 6 yellows away from a suspension?
    thanks

They do it's true and it's the lure of that 1 game. Honestly I have watched them here and they can't even pass the ball

I'm not bringing one in but I can see the lure of Fletcher or Sessegnon, that one game against Reading could bring a nice haul.
