      besides him i'd really only consider a newcastle mid (hba sissoko or cabaye). other than that you're looking at tar-bat maloney punch and kebe. michu in a week or two perhaps but obviously he has a blank this week. a punt on yaya perhaps but i wouldn't be too confident in that

        It's one crazy almost unbelievable story actually... I lived in Sydney for 4 years and randomly met this guy who wanted to fund an adventure tour company in Methven and wanted me to do all the graphics - website, business cards etc... In exchange I was going to be partner with a couple of other guys... He paid for my move, house, car, computers everything... But to make a long story short, after 3 months he was gone and I never heard from him again... Later found out that he was wanted by the FBI for multiple business frauds... 🙂 true story... so I stayed for another 9 months just to enjoy myself and see the country... then went back to Sweden...

  Probably, but I'm of the school of thought that a few tweaks and he's good...my top three:
  
  1) Immediately get a "Moneyball" like review of common practices; (ex. mindlessly crossing balls into the box against 3-1, 4-1 ratios of defenders-to-attacker (usually only Giroud). Scrap the whole "corner taking" regime. There's a reason why Barca doesn't hoof balls in there..."play it short dumbass" should be the only thing they hear. Why turn up the chance to cause chaos or subtract one or two defenders from the clearance equation?
  
  2) Appear to flip-out and curse a mothe*f*#ker out every once in a while...make it a senior player so the youngins line-up. Yank an under-preforming player out at 30 minutes; stop worrying about their emotional well-being.
  
  3) Highlight the senior players that are holding up play, stress faster side to side movement and constantly getting behind defenders and putting maximum pressure with balls that stay down on the pitch. There must be a desperation instilled from the opening whistle to get that first goal in order to change a teams negative tactics.
  
  Either way Franklin Edmundo "Frank" Rijkaard has to be a candidate we look at regardless of any finish. The game has changed, and if you don't have other tactics (ex. fear and respect of a SAF) then you will get left behind.
