  Lampard has better stamina, even with his age. I think, and hope, we'll get a decent lead so we can go all-out this weekend in PL and rest some more players for the rematch. Oscar + Hazard getting rested is a bit of a worry though, that means they'll start vs Sunderland guaranteed, only "one spot" left for Mata.

  When Mata is over played he links play well but doesn't get forward as much, that is left to Hazard.
  If he starts you'll see him tracking left to right and back across the pitch rather than advancing much.

Weimann to Rodriguez free transfer?

He's performed very well since the new manager came in and they have a very enticing fixture list until the end of the season.

I think he may be a bargain but I haven't watched Southampton at all during that period so I cannot make a decent judgement on Rodriguez 🙁

    Harry Redknapp wasn't exaggerating when he said QPR "murdered" Fulham in the second half on Monday night. If QPR can cause a worry like that then I question how good an investment any Fulham player is...apart from Berbatov at the moment. That guy is on fire right now!

I'm actually tempted to do Mata to Hazard now.

I have an FT that I wanted to roll over, but Hazard could easily get 4 more than Mata to pay for an extra hit.

This rotation lark does baffle me. I mean compare Bale to Mata. Bale has played all the Europa games recently(except 2nd leg v Inter when suspended), but I'd wager large sums no one is worried about rotation regardless of whether Spurs have a blank gw33 or not. Yes he played v Man U but geez. I can fully understand Chelsea fans frustration. Just play him' he'll be fine( ps I own Mata but not Bale 🙁

    rafa wants silverware, he should have been benched today to keep him fresh for sunderland if he really wants to prioritise league games, mata does not seem the player to me who can play midweek and weekend games weeks on and on does not seem to have the engine for that

      Chelsea have found it tough even in the EL matches to win w/o Mata or
      Hazard starting.So,it is logical for Rafa to start him and hopefully get this
      wrapped up in the 1st leg itself.
      
      Rafa does prioritize cups but if he makes a goof-up on the CL places,
      that will look bad much more on his CV.
