The crunch doesn’t get any crunchier than the scenario presented down the DW Stadium tonight. With ten-man Sunderland battling to a point against Stoke last night, Wigan must now be sure to place the cat amongst the pigeons by earning all three points at home to Swansea. Failure is not an option for the Latics if they are to preserve their top-flight status yet again.

While Wigan’s clash is vital in Premier League terms, City’s meeting with West Brom at the Etihad will also carry huge significance for Fantasy managers who backed double Gameweek assets. The teamsheets will be vital to the prospects of big points hauls, with Roberto Mancini possibly resting troops before the weekend’s FA Cup Final.

The Dugout Discussion is now open to provide a real-time solution for those who crave some chatter with their Fantasy Football peers.

The team news is now in and Roberto Mancini makes a massive eight changes from the side that drew with Swansea last Saturday. Joe Hart, Samir Nasri and James Milner are the only three to retain their places as the City boss opts for Carlos Tevez and Edin Dzeko up top, with Sergio Aguero dropping to the bench. Pablo Zabaleta, David Silva and Vincent Kompany are excluded from the squad altogether, with Mancini clearly having one eye on the weekend’s FA Cup final.

Steve Clarke makes four alterations for the Baggies. Ben Foster is replace by Boaz Myhill in goal, while Gabriel Tamas, Craig Dawson and James Morrison come in for Gareth McAuley, Graham Dorrans and Shane Long. Romelu Lukaku starts up front once again in what could possibly be a 3-5-2 for the visitors.

At the DW, Roberto Martinez omits Ronnie Stam, Jordi Gomez and Jean Beausejour from the side that beat West Brom on Saturday. Gary Caldwell, James McArthur and Roger Espinoza are drafted in for a game that would see the Latics climb out the bottom three if they take three points this evening.

The Swans also make a trio of changes. Michu, as expected, is unavailable, while Chico also misses out through injury, with Nathan Dyer also dropping to the bench. In comes Garry Monk, Dwight Tiendalli and Itay Shechter for Michael Laudrup’s side.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Gotta say I agree with the rumours about Fergie...i'ts been obvious that he's been losing the plot all year...."Rooney, you're playing in front of the back four"...."Rooney, you're on the wing"...."Rooney, no you can't play against Real Madrid"....See he's crackers...!!!!

On Fergie, Article says we can expect announcement before Swansea game.

Moyes has no big European game experience and Mourinho would almost certainly carry on the success but brings lots of baggage.

I reckon Klopp could be a good outside bet
