With the international break almost over, we look back at our leagues across the Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Sky Sports and Sun Dream Team games and find out who is in pole position following Gameweek 3’s matches. We also discover whose bank balances are healthier in our exclusive link up with PlayON.

Fantasy Premier League

Stumanchu clings on to top spot with a score of 246 points and now sits in 21st position overall. Pablo Zabaleta’s 12 point haul at home to Hull and his bold decision to captain Michu proved crucial. Shenway Choo has leapt into second place with a Gameweek 3 score of 74 points after he made the brave move of captaining Zabaleta. Shenway is just one point behind Stumanchu and one point ahead of Tarik Alibou, who retains third place despite captaining Edin Dzeko – Ben Davies and Yaya Toure’s combined haul of 26 points helped spare his blushes. The code to join our FPL mini-league, which is top of the league of leagues, is 1580-1106.

In our FPL Fantasy Football Scout Members league James Floyd is in first place and has a score of 238 points overall; Pablo Hernandez ended up being his trump card. Sam Gillespie is in second and in third is Ivan Heneghan.

Torres Magic tops the Fantasy Football Scout Contributors and Moderators league through his safety first captaincy of Theo Walcott. Tinkerman is in second and was another to hand the armband to the Arsenal winger, while Greenwindmill is in third as the moderators dominate the league and leave the contributors looking up in envy.

Sky Sports Fantasy Football

With a score of 318 points, Josie O’Neil tops our league in the Sky Sports Fantasy Football game, while Mary Humberstone’s haul of 312 points is enough for second and Nick Whitrid is in third with a score of 309 points. The winner of our Sky league, which is number one in the league of leagues, wins £1,000. To join, visit Sky Sports Fantasy Football and key in League Name: FFScout, League Code: 8000112.

The Sun Dream Team

In our Sun Dream Team league Lee Walpole is in pole position with a score of 266. His selection of Daniel Sturridge, who has a haul of 42 points, coupled with a reliance on Tottenham and Arsenal players has proved a successful strategy for Lee. In second is Sam Hutchinson, who adopted a similar tactic and now has 250 points. Tim Mongiat completes our top three with a score of 242. To join visit The Sun Dream Team, league name: Fantasy Football Scout, password: ReWOZhn1T1 and PIN: 8061654.

PlayOn £2 Game

In our exclusive Fantasy Football Scout PlayON £2 Game Andrew Foskett took first place and winnings of £64.60, with Paul Jenkins in second with £43.20 and John Wallace in third with winnings of £25.70. Andrew’s selection of Olivier Giroud and Swansea defender Ben Davies proved particularly inspired.

Not a huge lot of love for Soldado here anymore. Nailed on and being fed by a variety of new lovely mids. What's not to like?

Also not bought into this 3 Arsenal forwards approach. Too high risk if they go on their usual draw/lose spell and reward won't be great even if Arsenal win 1 or 2 nil. It will need to be big scores each week for all 3 to get sufficient points to make it worthwhile.

Finally, I think big investment in defence for a couple of potential bonus points if there is a nil nil is beyond me. There needs to be some balance. Yes let's do more than an uber cheap defence but not a galactico defence. Recipe for trouble in my opinion.

    Am I miles off here?

You make a lot of sense. People lumping on Lamela when we don't know whether he will start. Unless Lamela and Eriksen completely bypass Soldado and shoot on sight, the major beneficiary of the newer squad additions will surely be Soldado.

Out of Theo, Giroud and Özil (and Cazorla, let's not forget); thus far only Giroud has been raking in the points. Adding another into the mix, unless there is a significant increase in goals scored, will only dilute matters. I think I will settle with only one - Özil probably (cos he's all shiny and new) plus the fact that Walcott has looked poor in the games I have seen thus far.

Have asked this before but deciding how to find 1.6m dzeko >> Rvp move

A: Downgrade Miralas >> brady for a hit
    - Brady has better fixtures (next 4gws) but everton a better team and miralas has the stats
    - Will have a problem in gw5 with my mids of wally, coutinho, tarabt(chel), brady (newc), kim (TOT)
    - can do foster + kim >> myhill + hernandez (-4) next gw

B: Downgrade Ivan >> fonte (or any 4.9m def)
    - Rest of defense is coleman, murner, chester, ward...so will only fonte for gw4 and 7 based on how my def rotations are (assuming i play 3-4-3)
    - Also i dont think ivan will keep a cleanie this gw couple with gametime risk
    - allows me to keep miralas

Maybe a bit biased because I have him but I'd say Mertesacker. Is nailed on, picks up BPS, has goal threat at set pieces and Arsenal have good fixtures. Might drop in price soon - although I have no clue why people are selling him.

Yes, I see your point, RVP with 2 goals & 2 assists is possible.. I am not sure, just experimenting with no RVP.. Looks great though..

    Oscar - 8.6

    Eto'o - 9

    Willian - 8.5

Would love it if one of them can nail down a regular role.

I still think Mata's going to come in soon. Making him a rotation risk.

Agree with this -- Oscar also flourished in European matches last season so I assume he'd be top of the list for CL.

Same here. I'd like Giroud but maybe next week. The only one I'd consider getting rid of from Benteke, Soldado and Sturridge is Soldado and that would be madness this week :))

    Evening all

I haven't been on much in the last couple of weeks but just wondering what transfer(s) are those not wildcarding planning?
I like the look of Silva ➡ Lamps or Kolo ➡ Koscielny
    Any thoughts?

+1m its just his left foot can kill even when he is shaite. Watched him vs Brazil too and was not impressed, but still would be all over him if he would get playing time. But unlike others I am not so sure it will happen on a constant level( he is the united Dzeko)

TL;DR, Nani tries lots of skilful stuff and it comes off once at 1:50 and fails pretty much every other time.

    WC team is almost complete:

    Mignolet, Davies

    Coleman, Kos, Zabs, Evra, Walker

    Lamps, Walcott, Barfa, Brady, JWP

    Giroud, Tekkers, Sturridge/Soldado

Last question is Sturridge or Soldado, who do you think?
