With just a single assist to show for his endeavours over the first three Gameweeks, Fantasy faith in Michu took a dent ahead of last Monday’s home clash with Liverpool. The Swansea midfielder shed almost 66,000 owners in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game and suffered a drop in price due to his lack of attacking returns but after opening his account against the Reds, he’s back on many a radar as Michael Laudrup’s side prepare for a kind upcoming run of fixtures.
He'll play 100% of games. Maybe not start some but he'll always come on.

Quite happy to know all but 3 of those players.. still, no idea if that's good or not, sorry.
Holtby, Defoe, Stoch, Maher, Yarmo, Grenier should be good picks though!Open ControlsNo Maloney!!?

Sturridge out Giroud in
Ozil out Walcott in.
Bare in mind sturridge will be competing with suarez for a space in the next week or so. If he looks good with suarez by all means get him in but last year I got him in pre suarez return and it cost me a lot of points.
If Ozil to Walcott allows sturridge to rooney then this would be a good move also...Open ControlsCowie not nailed once Bellamy is back. Talk of Wilson dropping now Palacios is fit
I'd sell Ozil for Theo, Cowie for another 4.5 and maybe ship Wilson for Cameron?Open Controls
colocini or yang mbiwa ?

Nailed on?Open ControlsEvening guys.
Just asking a non-football question after venturing from the farm into my local town.
I've noticed an awful increase in young males, who walk around dressed in scruffy clothing and drinking cans of Monster - hanging out with girls dressed in dark, eccentric attire.
They all stand around and don't seem to say much, just hug each other as a greeting and then awkwardly huddle around a tree - sipping on their can of Monster, seemingly afraid of conversation.
Does this happen anywhere else? I'm not sure if I want to be a part of a world inhabited by these creatures..Open ControlsI dunno. Kind of like Emo kids who are afraid to smoke I guess.
Also, some of them dress a bit more leaning towards your typical River Island person , with chinos and silly colourdy shoes.Open Controls
Too much time spent textting, tweeting, bbming etc
the art of conversation is dead
Everytime they try to speak they will just go er.....Open Controls😆
Open ControlsBe a boring world if everyone was the same.
Open ControlsNot if everybody apart from me was Alexa Chung.

Not noticed this, have seen herds of hoodie clad creatures often accompanied with a tough and ugly looking dog on a leash, advertising that these are men although weedy and very pale in appearance are not to be messed with.

For those of you discussing who would win a fight between Sandro and Drogba on the previous page, anybody who said Drogba has clearly never seen Sandro's skills:

Repost:
Hernández -> Moses for free?
Do it today or wait until tomorrow night?
The last time I took out a supposedly "injured"
player early on in the week (Anelka in GW3), it
ALMOST bit me in the a*se. (Well it was for a hit for Campbell so that's 4 pts. lost anyway.)
BTW, I also have Brady injured with £0.2m ITB if
that changes anything.Open ControlsHow do I look for this GW? Made my free transfer removing Coutinho for HBA, so not looking for advice, just a proverbial pat on the back and adulation 😉
Mignolet
Zabaleta, Koscielny, Coleman, Dawson
Walcott (C), Eriksen, HBA
Benteke, Soldado, Giroud
Subs: Boruc, Hernandez, Ward-Prowse, ChesterOpen ControlsSpot the flaw on the midfield watch list.
Walcott doesn't have favourable fixtures.
Yet Ramsey, Giroud and Ozil do...Open ControlsAnyone considered parker as a 4.5M bench fodder? Might get a few points and seems to be nailed on.
Open ControlsCaptain choice is a nightmare this week!
Wally and Giroud - Stoke will keep it tight
Benteke - Villa didnt look too hot last game
Lampard - Might not start
Benarfa - Can he keep up his form?
Sturridge - No Courtinho could affect the chances pool get
Benarfa seems to have best stats currently? Go with form ?Open ControlsOr
Walcott & Giroud - (sto H)
Benteke - 4 in 4
Lampard - (ful H)
Ben Arfa - (hul H)
Sturridge - (sot H)

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is 'hopeful' that defender Daniel Agger could be available for Saturday's match against Southampton and revealed that Martin Kelly has moved a step closer to full fitness.

A. Vidic
B. Walker
C. TerryOpen Controlsno imo
Open ControlsI think that depends if you think Baines taking pens and free kicks will get enough extra points to justify 2 mil extra funds. I haven't really answered your question but IMO i would go with Coleman. In fact i have had him from pre season.

Hello people, I've been agonizing over my captain choices - Walcott, Michu and Benteke all in the frame.
Last season Walcott got 1 assist in 90mins in a 1-0 against Stoke at home, if that's anything to go by. We're dealing with two slightly different beasts now of course, both teams having strengthened...I wouldn't like to predict the score this time around but beginning to feel a little cautious over the Walcott option.
I think I'll go with Michu, but mainly because I seem to have Agbonlahor installed upfront alongside Benteke - so a captain fail there would be more damaging.Open ControlsWally (c) is the clear leader for me
Open ControlsMy shortlist is those 3 as well.
My gut feeling says benteke tbh and it usually works for me.Open ControlsI agree, don't see a lot of goals at Emirates as Stoke seem to still to be tough defensively... I'm currently on Benteke (c) but that may change by the weekend...
Open Controls
No mention of my budget striker in the fulham injury news so I assume its good news on darren.
Open ControlsI know it's silly but I'm desperate to take an 8-point hit. Someone talk me out of it!
Mirallas > Ben Arfa (already done)
Coutinho > Moses
Lambert > Giroud
Would leave me with...
Boruc
Coleman Collins Toure (Chester Baker)
Moses Walcott Barfa Morrison (Brady)
RVP Giroud(C) Benteke
Thoughts?Open Controlsmoses not worth a -4
Open Controlsyeah you're probably right. trying to navigate the best path to having Liverpool coverage that's actually going to get me some points, but also having Giroud.
Open Controls
the game is meant to be fun - if you want to take the -8 and it makes the game fun for you, DO IT! Sure it may not pay off, but at least you enjoyed the game
Open ControlsI've started to badly I don't see how much more wrong I can go. Don't want to burn my wildcard yet, and I do just want to have fun!

''Speaking of which, that moment could come sooner than Wenger would hope, and perhaps even as early as Sunday's clash against Stoke at the Emirates. Giroud looked out of sorts - out of recent sorts, anyway - in Marseille but was left on for the full 90 minutes, presumably owing to his defensive work and the absence of a replacement on the bench. Wenger confessed that the striker has been struggling with a knee problem after last week's win at Sunderland, and it may be wise to rest him on Sunday to avoid exacerbating the concern. ''
- Football 365.Open ControlsIf you had put "football 365" at the top, you would have saved me 25 seconds
Open ControlsI have him but wouldn't be too concerned if he was rested as that would mean wally would be up front. Yay.

Really good article, thanks Paul. Encouraging for Michu owners / suitors as well. I'd expect him to get close to 15 league goals but importantly we should see an improvement on the 3 assists he made all of last season.
Open Controlsthis.
the potential is there!Open Controls+1.. dint go through the stats here but went thru them on whoscored and watched michu actually play in the last 2 games. He's the highest name on my transfer in list.. Kim to Michu this week mostly. He'll easily get 5+ assists
Open Controls
Are you considering Hazard as a captain option?
Open ControlsChelsea have a hugely enticing fixture but they are looking out of sorts at the moment.
It's a big risk but if they click against Fulham it could be a masterstrokeOpen ControlsMy prob is I have had Giroud from the start atnd yet to captain him. That needs to change otherwise Hazard would get it.
Open Controls
Haven't been paying much attention these first few weeks, started off alright, and now my team is absolutely woeful.
Mignolet, Harper
Terry, Coleman, Collins, Ward, Chester
Lampard, Coutinho, Walcott, Mirallas, Kim
Soldado, Giroud, Benteke
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Cheers.Open ControlsYour defence and strike force will be fine. I would concentrate on your mid for this week. Lampard, Coutinho, Mirallas and Kim are all problems IMO. I would Bring in Michu and Moses/Ramsey for 2 of these.
Open Controls
All set?
Mignolet
Zabaleta, Coleman, Collins
Walcott, Lampard, Ben Arfa, Ramsey
RVP, Sturridge, Benteke
(Davis, Barkley, Chester, Ward)
Cheers!Open ControlsDon't like Lampard as a long term option but the rest looks very good. Barkley is going to surprise a lot of people this season in my opinion
Open Controls
How good a pick is Dawson? Are Chiriches/Kaboul really a threat?
Open ControlsKaboul has just come back from a bad injury and Chiriches still hasn't received his work permit so as it stands he is very much nailed on. Plus he is club captain.
