So, are you backing Robin van Persie in your Fantasy lineup? What about a rejuvenated Wayne Rooney? If you’re without United’s attacking assets and feeling a little anxious ahead of Sunday’s big derby then Paddy have a little something for you. They’re offering Fantasy Football Scout visitors enhanced odds of 7/1 on a United win in Sunday’s big game. United are out at 23/10 for mere mortals but our visitors who are yet to register a Paddy Power account can get hold of these special odds via this link.

If you’re an existing customer, you can still take advantage of Paddy’s generosity – they’re offering a money back special on Sunday’s clash – if United win the game, they’ll refund any losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score and Scorecast singles on the match.

To be clear, bets on these enhanced odds are limited to a £10 stake and are open to new customers only.

A reminder that we posted Paddy’s clean sheet and goalscorer odds last night and, tomorrow morning, we’ll bring you some new markets based on this week’s Scout Picks.

Finally of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to have a bet, always gamble responsibly.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Stick to home games, Soldado has not exactly wowed so far against the lower clubs.
HBA would border on a differential.
      Studge I think.

Heyup all, here's a list of scoring odds (decimal in 90 mins) for popular attacking players that may help with your (C) decision this weekend.

    Giroud 1.73
    Walcott 2.00
    Ozil 2.20
    Sturridge 1.80
    Moses 3.40
    Ben Arfa 3.00
    Lampard 2.20
    Hazard 2.50
    Soldado 2.25
    Erikson 4.00
    Benteke 2.25

Downgrade Moses or Ramsey and ship Lukaku for someone else as he may not be nailed on. Personally I would get a Utd front man as they have good fixtures... Rooney looks in great touch at the moment. Either way, your team is solid.

Interesting, how much of that ranking is based on your anticipation of their game time? All of them have played every minute (including Europe) so far but I'm assuming Evans, et al will get a look in at some point.

(Basically I'm trying to decide whether Ferdinand at 5.5 is a steal!)

      1. Demí
        • 15 Years
        12 years, 6 months ago

Yeah don't anticipate Moyes rotating too much till the last couple group games in the CL. Could play Evans/Smalling/Jones in the dead rubbers depending on the situation, leaving Rio/Vidic with more resting time. He will do so during the Xmas period though imo, so while i don't consider Rio a bad shout, i would prefer the other two if you're looking long term. Evra's attacking points and being more secure make him worth the extra over Rio in general, but over the next 4-5 games, Rio could be a great cheap way into the defence, like he is right now.

I think if you go for an Arsenal captain, you should go for Walcott, because of his speed.
Giroud could be useless in that match, as I don't see him winning aerial challenges against Huth and Shawcross!

Hard to argue with Michu's fixtures D. Form is coming along nicely as well, assist goal goal in his last three (including Europa). I think Moses is great if you want to free up some money or need a mid-priced player. If you have the cash, I'd go Michu.

    Hmmm..

    A) Michu Sturridge
    B) HBA Suarez

I'm thinking A until Suarez replicates his form from last year and fear he may not have instant impact.

      A.

HBA has an average set of fixtures after this week while Michu's season is just about to start. Sturridge will still be amongst the goals with Suarez's arrival but the former always has fitness concerns. I'd try and fit both Michu and Suarez as they could score heavily in the coming weeks.

Wayne Rooney has now either scored or assisted 40 goals in his last 44 Premier League games.

Since the start of 2012-13, no side has kept more clean sheets in the Premier League than Manchester City (21).

Six of these clean sheets have come in Manchester City's last eight Premier League games.

Robin van Persie has hit more shots off target than any other Premier League player this season (10).

Yaya Toure has made 347 passes this season, 30 more than any other player in the division and 65 more than United's leading passer Michael Carrick (282).

    Afternoon all,

Re-post...got lost at end of last article.

Been away and lost .1 on Coutinho 🙁 Really stuck with what to do.

I have 2FT and .2 in the bank

Would you get Moses or Barfa in for Coutinho with this squad?

    Boruc (+4)
    Coleman, Touré, Collins (Burner, Ward)
    Wallcott, Barkley, Coutinho, Hazard (Ravel)
    Giroud, RVP, Sturridge.

I would like to have the option to possibly get Suarez in next week or week after for Sturridge (probably or Giroud) and also monitor Touré and look at upgrading him.

Moses would give me more room for manoeuvre and has a better run of games but Barfa looks so involved on anything good that Newcastle do...

So Moses or Barfa? Any other opinions or advice would be great...

    Cheers

Hi guys - after a shocking couple of weeks I've pulled the WC trigger:

    Mig / Bor
    Dawson/Coleman/Nasty/Wilson/C.Davies
    Ramsey/Michu/Eriksen/HBA/Barkley
    Sturridge/Shrek/Giroud

What do ye FFS gods think? Advice much appreciated...

      - Personally I don't rate Ramsey to continue his returns, but I can't suggest you better player for that money
      - You can save 0.5 from Boruc -> 4.0, as you will probably play Mignolet each week
      - You can save 0.5 from C.Davies -> Chester
      - You can use the saved 1 mil to do Coleman/Dawson -> Vidic or Nasty -> Zab/Ivan

When exactly will you play Boruc ?...once/twice until Christmas ?....Boruc > 4.0..Dawson > Williams (fixtures/nailed on/0.2 saved))...Nasty > Vidic (fixtures)

About a year and we start endorsing Fantasy Bundesliga. Can't see him wanting to stay for another season of bench warming.
