In Arsenal's group it could come down to a 3 way tie, if everyone beats Marseille, Napoli beats Arsenal, and Dortmund beats Napoli.

12 points apiece would make things very interesting. I think at that point it would become a mini-table, discounting everyone's scores vs Marseille and the top two in the mini-table go though.

Does anyone know the rules for certain on this?

As it stands Arsenal would be top of the mini-table, thanks to their 2-0 win vs Napoli at home, as every other match has been decided by only 1 goal
