With leagues across the Fantasy Premier League (FPL), Sky Sports, Sun Dream Team and Champions League games, we have plenty to analyse before tomorrow’s deadlines. We also look at those who are a little richer after having a great week in our PlayON game and offers a head-up for the first Fantasy Football Scout Cup competition of the season.
Fantasy Premier League
Cavan McDonald is the brand new leader in this week’s Scout League thanks to a 78-point haul in Gameweek 10. Captain Sergio Aguero played a significant part, with 36 points, while Aaron Ramsey and a couple of the West Brom backline all came up trumps. Cavan moved to 26th in the overall standings – he has accrued 694 points so far.
In second spot is former leader Hemant Gosavi. He rises back up the rankings courtesy of a 75-point Gameweek – captain Aguero, David Silva, Ramsey, Pablo Zabaleta and United’s youngster Adnan Januzaj were amongst his main protagonists as Hemant moved to 684 points overall.
Luke Weston takes a major jump up the leaderboard to third after picking up 90 points. Captain Aguero, Wayne Rooney, Silva and Ramsey all delivered as Luke moved up to 82nd spot in the overall rankings. George Jack is a new entry to the Scout League in fourth. Again, he captained Aguero and had Ramsey in the ranks, while Jan Vertonghen and Yaya Toure also helped him to a 79 point Gameweek. Veronika Solymosi completes the top five after scoring 82 points last weekend – a total of 675 points is 145th overall. The code to join up is 1580-1106.
In the Fantasy Football Scout members league, Angga Haqqu climbs to pole position as a result of a 76-point Gameweek – captain Aguero, Ramsey, Yaya Toure and Michael Dawson all produced. Former leader Wasana Busby slips to second, just three points behind on 658 points, after handing Rooney the armband. Andrew Childerhouse climbs into the top three after an 83-point haul at the weekend; captain Aguero, Silva and Mesut Ozil were key, while Andrew also picked up four clean sheets at the back.
Sky Sports Fantasy Football
Ben Broadhurst keeps his spot at the summit yet again. He’s currently running away from the chasing pack on 835 points – that’s a full 77 points ahead of his nearest challenger, Garry Wheeler, while Thomas Daines is a further three points behind Garry on 755 points. Ben’s superb run of form over the last few weeks means he is now joint-top of the overall standings. The winner of our Sky league, which has climbed back to top spot in the league of leagues, wins £1,000. Sun Dream Team
Gary Sullivan is the new leader in the Scout League on a total of 679 points, thanks to a team comprised of six Arsenal and three Man City players. Geoff Pryor sits in second spot, 18 points behind Gary, while Nigel Dodds makes his way up to third position, with a combined eight players from north London pair Arsenal and Spurs doing the business. Champions League
Diegocho33 remains at the top after the completion of Matchday 4 last night. He racked up 75 points over Tuesday and Wednesday’s matches, with a front three of Diego Costa, Sergio Aguero and Zlatan Ibrahimovic all amongst the goals – Diegocho33 sits on 377 points and is the overall number one with two sets of group matches remaining.
GDBarclay is also a non-mover in second spot. He managed 59 points last time around but slipped in the overall pecking order – down to 16th, on 359 points. Ahmed Tarek climbs into the top three after an 80-point haul; his decision to captain Sergio Aguero and back the Bayern backline helped him move to 24th spot, on 357 points.
PlayON
David Burraway finished top of the pile in PlayON’s exclusive Fantasy Football Scout £2 game last time around. His decision to load up on eight Man City players for the 7-0 home win over Norwich was inspired and earned him £51.34. Phil Ampleford took home £34.41 in second spot, while Andrew Foskett walked away with £26.04 in third spot.
