We roll out the final part of our weekly recommendations for the next four-to-six Gameweeks this afternoon. Having already ran the rule over the Defence and Midfield we turn our attentions to the men up front, where a couple of South Americans lead the way:

With form and fixtures still firmly on his side, Luis Suarez is an immovable force at the top of the forward standings this week. The Uruguayan faces a flight back from his native country ahead of the weekend Merseyside derby and while a trip to Goodison isn’t the easiest, Suarez then has three home games (NOR, WHM, CAR) and a trip to Hull in the subsequent five as he looks to continue the form that has already harvested four sets of double figures in six appearances. Daniel Sturridge drops down the pecking order this week – the England forward has now registered blanks in each of the last two and, in comparison to his strike partner, has managed a single double figure haul in 11 Gameweeks; a crucial factor when weighing up captaincy options.

Sergio Aguero remains tucked in behind Suarez despite a surprising blank away at Sunderland. The City forward has also produced four hauls of 10+ this term and with seven goals and five assists in his last six appearances, has more or less mirrored the Liverpool forward’s form. Having already scored and picked up bonus against both United and Chelsea, he’ll have no fear as Spurs roll up to the Etihad next Sunday and with Swansea, West Brom and Fulham in the next six, Aguero is handed plenty chance to retain his spot as the overall leader in the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) game.

Wayne Rooney is our preferred United forward. David Moyes’ side have trips to Cardiff and Villa, in addition to home games against Everton, Newcastle and West Ham in the next six – Rooney has now scored or assisted in seven of the last eight and has been the champions’ most consistent attacker this term. There’s no denying Robin Van Persie’s rise to form, though. The Dutchman has notched in each of the last four and has finally found the form of old but at 13.9, non-owners are likely to be swayed by Rooney’s 11.0 price tag as a route into Moyes’ attack.

Seven goals in the last seven Gameweeks highlights the form of Loic Remy. The Newcastle forward’s prospects have further improved since being shifted to centre-forward as Alan Pardew moves from 4-3-3 to 4-4-2 and at just 7.9, he’s offered superb value for money – back-to-back home games with Norwich and West Brom beckon, while a trip to Swansea and even United won’t deter the Frenchman, who has helped steer his side to recent wins over Chelsea and Spurs.

Christian Benteke continues to toil since returning from injury but the schedule still smiles kindly on the Villa frontman. Paul Lambert’s side square up to West Brom, Sunderland and Fulham in the next four – offering the big Belgian a chance to rediscover his confidence in front of goal. As our recent Members Monitor article attest to, Benteke is still seeing plenty chances inside the box – he’s expected to recover from a knee knock sustained on international duty in time for Monday evening’s trip to the Hawthorns.

Three home games in four (SOU, HUL, EVE) and a trip to Cardiff are on Olivier Giroud’s upcoming agenda. Like Benteke, the Frenchman seems to have lost the knack of scoring – he’s managed just a single strike in the last seven, with a trio of assists over the same period keeping his Fantasy tally ticking over. Nonetheless, with only Nicklas Bendtner foe competition, Giroud is nailed on for Arsene Wenger’s league leaders.

A brace against Stoke in the previous Gameweek suggested Wilfried Bony is starting to find his feet in the top-flight. The Ivorian has been slowly eased into league action by Michael Laudrup – the Potters game was only his fifth start – but with Michu absent, Bony (at 7.4) looks vital to his side’s attacking prospects. A weekend trip to Fulham looks enticing and with home games against Newcastle and Hull, supplemented by a road trip to Norwich in the next five, he’s another mid-price option to consider, with an ownership until 4%.

Romelu Lukaku is another player struggling for form right now. With a single goal in the last four, the Everton forward has already shed plenty of owners this week – still the sixth most popular forward in the FPL game with an ownership around the 22% mark, he takes a tumble in light of a schedule which pits him against Liverpool, United and Arsenal in the next four.

Predicament, my team for GW12 is:

    McGregor

    Koscielny, Clyne, Chester

    Özil, Hazard, Coutinho, Brady

    Lukaku, Suarez, Aguero

    Subs: Boruc, JWP, Collins, Burner.

So, basically the defence is screwed - Plus I have three injury risks, including Chester who is almost certainly out. Thing is, I really want to do Lukaku > Remy as my transfer this week. Is this dumb? And if I made a second transfer, who?! I was thinking Chester > Vlaar?

    Any thoughts?

not the most clever bit of advice I've seen today.

@Timbomars, quite like that team. Any spare cash? If not, Lukaku to Remy sounds about alright. If you want to make a second transfer, I'd not waste it on Chester. He's nearing fitness. Cheap defender from a decent defensive outfit. I'd keep.

Most defences are screwed this gw so I dont think you will miss out on much. Your other players seem like they might cover for ur def this week. To be honest I dont see much u could do to improve the defence just for this week without taking to many hits. Seeing tho u have a def problem I wouldnt worry about transferring lukaku out. Next gw is a good fixture and worry about him after that.

Play Collins ahead of Chester. I think Allardyce said Collins had a chance to play v. CHE. Not a great fixture but WHM are difficult at home. Lukaku to Remy is a very sideways move imo. Lukaku has had a couple blanks but he scored 17 goals last year in limited minutes. Worth remembering. It's also not outside the realm of possibility that SOT go to ARS and get a result, 0-0 even. Not likely but possible.

Lukaku owners, keeping or ditching? Remy looks like an obvious move but next week, I'd say Lukaku has the better fixture with Stoke' form rivalling Palace.

He then has two tough games, followed by a run of great fixtures. The tough game, Mourinho sent him out on loan so he could do damage against Chelsea' rivals, so Lukaku may feel like he has something to prove, he's certainly stepped up against bigger teams in the past.

    Thoughts?

I wish I knew the answer to this. It's really annoying me. Not sure what to do with Lukaks. As you say, he does have those two awful games, but then his fixtures are great. But even against supposedly poor opposition, Everton have looked incapable of creating chances for him. Remy has looked great and puts away his chances. But he also has a tough game against Man U. Ideally I would ship him out for Benteke but he doesn't look quite right at the moment so I think I'm steering clear of him. In short, I have no idea.

Keeping. A couple of blank weeks and managers tend to bail out but it's worth remembering he had 17 goals last year in ~2200 min. He did not become crap last week. Patience. Remy seems a completely sideways move; do you want Remy v. Lukaku long term ? Can't see it. Short term punts tend to wind up staying in your side for long periods as other pressing transfers come up.

Right I've enjoyed my returns from Rooney and am keeping unless things change, but how are United going to line up with Carrick out til 14 Dec according to FPL?

Looks like two out of Fellaini Cleverley Giggs Anderson in the middle doesn't it, which isn't pretty at all. Is there any risk Rooney will either drop into central midfield, or play deeper?

      Such a tough one,

Despite Aguero being at home im going with Suarez as its a derby and everton have kept less clean sheets this season, plus silva is out which worries me re aguero.

Wally...those shots at goal early in the season, despite blanking, show he's always got an appetite for it...At 9.0 a mid should be on plenty set pieces/corners/pens..have an eye for goal...be in an attacking team...Oscar is none of those most of the time. Snodgrass carries more threat tbh !!

    Who should go?
    1. Barkley
    2. P. Hernandez
    3. Both (-4p hit)

    Who should be introduced?
    1. Bacuna

Also, assume Benteke scores at the weekend and Remy doesn't.

    a) Terry and Remy
    b) Mertesacker and Benteke
    c) Mertesacker and Remy

Mertesacker will play every game, Terry will not when the schedule gets busier.
    All have great fixtures
Benteke has proven he can score goals all season, Remy hasn't ..........

If we assume Benteke scores and Remy doesn't I think that makes B the clear favourite.
