Just seen the highlights of the last 2 Arsenal games.
Seen a massive change in position for Ramsey. Playing much deeper and not getting into the box.
Anyone else notice this? Or is this because it was against tough opposition?Open Controls-
more to do with the opposition I think and his change of role during these games.
Also the fact he is partnered with arteta v chelsea who I do not rate. Flamini and ramsey is a much better partnership and allows for ramsey to get forward a bit more.

Thought so, but the City game is a bit more telling cos Arsenal were looking for goals. Yet he ended up playing deep. I spose it was cos there was no Flamini or Arteta.
Think you're right on Flamini being crucial to Arsenal but Arteta distributes the ball really well in midfield. But I guess with Özil and Caz in the team, you dont need a distributor.Open Controls-

Is Cabaye really the best option going forward?
A lot of people are switching to Cabaye or suggesting to make the move. Newcastle have the fourth hardest set of fixtures over the next 6 games and in the next 9 games they have the hardest run based on fixtures.
Having said that, this year he has scored against Everton (A), Liverpool (H) and Man United (A) plus the goal against Crystal Palace.
