With Chelsea’s win at the Etihad bringing Gameweek 24 to its conclusion, we delve into the data once again. Stoke’s midfield goal hero, West Ham’s target man, United’s fit-again frontmen and the knock-on effect Liverpool’s downturn in possession has had on a certain Uruguayan all come under our analysis this time around:

What would you do to join Suarez: Pick a letter and a number.

    Transfer OUT:
    A) Giroud, OR;
    B) Adebayor

    For:
    1) Sturridge
    2) JRod
    3) Dzeko
    4) Rooney (Giroud out only)
    5) Benteke

Thanks guys. It's a toss up between JRod and Benteke. Everyone in my mini league has Suarez/Sturridge or Suarez/Dzeko. I'm 40 points off first and need a differential.

Do you guys reckon Adam Johnson has earned an England call up for the World Cup. Walcotts injury seem to have giving him a new light and would be one of the first in the England team for me at the moment.

Sorry to repost, lost at bottom of last page

Thinking of swapping Suarez to rvp for one week only with my ft and captaining rvp..
Then switching back next game week with other ft

I took Suarez out against Chelsea and city earlier in the year and was vindicated
It might seem wasted transfers but rvp should surely tear the basement club to shreds

I'm 39 points behind my leader as a further point

    Madness or genius?

If I'm being mad please tell me!

    @dialsquare I brought him back for 13.3 so 0.1 :p

    A. Negredo and Bony

Is there likely to be any though? Given he played the Chelsea game, even if he's not fully fit I can't see Pellegrini ruling him out before the game altogether.

I do like to wait till Friday and I could still afford both then but Dzeko could be 0.2 more expensive then and team value's already an issue for me.

Rotation risk? Agree about the fixtures and that's one big reason to ship him but who are they going to start ahead of him? Bendtner starting is unlikely and Podolski's not favoured by Wenger at all.

There's always another way if you want Lallana. Hits are all about gambling though finding an edge despite starting behind so most hits will get a no asking advice on here, defensive ones will always get a no. If you believe you've found that edge then back yourself

Evening chaps. Thoughts on the best pairing? Also need to consider leading up to the blank. ManU don't have best run leading up to it but at home v Fulham is so tempting.

    A. Mata+Dzeko
    B. Mata+JRod
    C. Lallana+Dzeko.

    Mannone
    Kolarov Azpi Ward
    Hazard AJ Lallana Sterling
    RVP (C) Suarez dzeko

    bench ( Kosc gnabry chester)

    0 in bank.

if i did this team i would be chasing a 43 point defecit but it looks good right?? and it would need to be done now. :S

Yes and we hadn't lost to Stoke in the last 30 years, or Newcastle, or Swansea ever, etc. These records mean nothing to me because so much has changed from previous years.

As an arsenal fan and long time JM hater (bit strong maybe :P)

Chelsea were 1000x better then city on the night

I do not think they would have made much difference chelsea were in rampant form could easily have had 4 5 or 6

and as you said, man city have spent millions. It's no excuse to say you have fernandino out, with the money spent and the squad assembled it should have played much better

bad management playing demechellis in midfield. Pellegrini has one flaw in that he has too much confidence in Demechellis. Why play him there when you have milner, garcia and even rodwell who can play there naturally?

    Mannone
    Azpi, Yoshida, Evans*
    Haz, Silva, Mata, Eriksen
    RVP (C), Suarez, Dzeko

    Subs: JWP, Kosc, McShane

Would you do anything with this or just save the FT?

For who? Thinking Parr/Ward but it's literally just this GW that's good and they don't have a good home fixture for a while after that. Only alternative is Shaw but that's a double-up and I'm not sure how much I believe in Southampton defence.

Saving transfer will allow for potentially Eriksen downgrade and Evans to Cahill/Ivan or something like that.

I kept 4m in the bank in my WC do I could split the S&S and drop Sturrigde for Van Persie before the Fulham game but I'm struggling to let Stur go ........ I think he could outscore VP between gw25-30

I could always go with just Mata for utd cover....... or else

    (a) Sturridge --> VP

    (b) Dzeko/Cazorla/Kompany --->VP/Nevas/Nastasic (I think Nastasic is nailed on for the next 5 games now that he is fit)

    (C) Cazorla --> Silva (keep S&S and go with just Mata as utd cover)

What would you do? Anybody with a similar dilemma?

There's no way I'd get rid of Sturridge (if I had him) just because we have one juicy game this GW. For starters we're not very good and we haven't really beat anyone convincingly this season (why would that stop now?) and, even if we do, we have Arsenal away after that and soon after a blank.

    Sorry for the repost.
Should i take an extra hit to get yaya in, or should I go for the cheaper Silva.

Yaya appears to be scoring more and also appears to be more durable.

I really don't know what to do?

having watched the game last night Yaya will always outscore Slva and is probably worth the extra cash but everybody in my ML has Yaya so I don't gain anything by bringing him in (since i'm behind) so it probably depends on ifyou need to gamble............. also without AGUERO Silvas scoring potential deminishes in my mind and Yaya's grows due to peno's
