Seen the level of opponent, I'd assume Pelle starts Clichy against Barcelona - Kolarov hardly can defend at all, and they will need strong defensive player there. Clichy is also one of the fastest players in the game, faster than Messi, to my knowledge, so he would cope against pacey Barcelona attackers.

Therefore, and Stoke being a game where they need to care less about opponent's attacks and think of ways to break their defence, I'd wager that Kolarov starts against Stoke.
