After City were soundly beaten by Barcelona last night, it’s Arsenal’s turn to take to the field as the Gunners welcome Champions League holders Bayern Munich to the Emirates. Ahead of this evening’s north London encounter, Paddy Power has come up with something a little different for those yet to register an account.

Our bookmaker friends are tempting us with an huge offer of either 10/1 for the Gunners to defeat Pep Guardiola’s side or 4/1 for the Bundesliga leaders to emerge triumphant.

If you’ve already got an account with Paddy, you can still benefit from a Money Back Special on offer at the Emirates tonight. Paddy are offering refunds on all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score and Scorecast bets should Arjen Robben score first.

To clarify, the Arsenal and Bayern specials are limited to a £10 stake, are open to new Paddy Power customers only and subject to the terms and conditins specified. New customers can only opt for one of the two offers.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

              I'm pretty sure the best judge of a player's ability in a footballing system is the guy who chose the system, who incidentally has more experience as a manager than any other in the Premier League, who see's the players train every day, who has the analysis of medical staff at his disposal, and who is in a position to consider their mental capacity based on face to face conversations.

              How many times have you actually seen Sanogo play in the past three months? Do you know what tactical adjustments Wenger has made? Etc etc etc.

        He tweeted his excitement about going to the Emirates tonight. But as he's supposedly a Chelsea fan, he got a load of abusive replies calling him 'traitor; 'plastic fan' 'noob (or similar word).

      awesome.

      I used to dislike old Per because i thought he was rubbish, but now i see him as one of the good guys in Football. The comments from Wenger about how he handles the team fines etc, the Özil rollicking at Etihad, his interviews and things like this - what a guy.

    What to do with this team and 0.9M in bank. 2FTs to use..

    http://fantasy.premierleague.com/entry/150487/event-history/26/

    I can field XI for GW28 if one Eriksen or Parker play and 7 certs and 2 maybes for GW29.

    I think Eriksen, Parker are my main worries. I lose 0.1M to sell Yaya so think he can go after this GW.

    Want to do JRod--->Ade but doesnt make sense as Soton play GW28 and 29

      Yeah I'm selling Yaya GW28 to get him back GW30, might even drop before then.

      JRod to Ade is silly, focus on players who don't have a GW29 IMO

      I'd either do Eriksen to Snidgrass or Nolan or possibly Parker to Noone?

          If you can stretch to Ince I'd go for him if it doesn't interfere too much with your other plans

          No blanks upcoming and a DGW in the offing. Best of both worlds

            Not sure if he is worth the 0.5M extra. I think I will make the Eriksen switch this week and wait a week to decide on Puncheon or Ince

              be careful who you go for then, Nolan is not yet guaranteed for GW29 and Snodders has a tough game this week.

              I see you could stretch to Lallana, but then you can't get Puncheon or Ince.. hmmm

    What do people think of Zaha as a short term AJ replacement?

    Pros:

    -> Good short term fixtures with no blanks.
    (HUL - tot - FUL)
    -> Attack-minded player with potential playing for an attacking manager.
    -> Cheaper than Snoddy/Nolan/etc
    -> Not going to rise any time soon so can wait until deadline to make transfer.

    Cons:

    -> Is he nailed on?
    -> Mediocre returns so far (4, 3, 2 in only 3 games for Cardiff)

    I'm not sure if I'm convinced by the potential of Ince's tough fixtures (even though he does have all his fixtures) and I don't feel like tripling up on Liverpool with Sterling..

      The Bundesliga and Ligue 1 used to be the last two major European leagues where you could expect an unlikely challenger for the title each year, France in particular. Now the distorting impact of Champions League cash has turned both competitions into the same tedious procession as in the other leagues. (England is having a one-year interlude of fun due to the phalanx of new managers, but it's hardly going to last.)

      Unless it bothers you which order the CL participants finish in their domestic leagues, the relegation battle is often more interesting than the title race, which is mighty depressing.
