Granville calls it a logic-defying season and this 300k ranked Fantasy manager isn’t going to argue with him. There’s plenty to tussle about in this week’s ScoutCast, however, as we lock virtual horns over Rooney vs van Persie, Baines vs Coleman and Aguero vs his hamstring.

In and around the regulars, it’s the incoming double Gameweeks that occupy our thoughts once more, with the community questions quizzing us on United’s Gameweek 31 potential, the Chelsea dilemma and the best player we’ve witnessed in the flesh. Granville puts forward a true talent: a three time FIFA World Player of the Year, no less. I nominated a floppy haired Geordie with a top 40 single. Truly logic-defying.

  I'm pondering the same thing. Thought Spurs looked terrible yesterday and they have a poor record after europa league.
  
  On the other hand its a derby and they should be up for it so Ade has potential of a goal or two.
  
  I've been burned by Lukaku before so I'm apprehensive. Will wait for the press conferences later today and probably end up getting Lukaku.

      No not yet. Hopefully we'll find out after the press conference today, but given that he was out because of the same injury before I expect it will be at least a couple of weeks. This is the norm for players who re-injure a hamstring injury. Can even be months sometimes.

        I think it all depends on whether he actually got injured (seems likely hence the scan) or he just felt he would get injured and was taken off as a precaution (clutching at straws!)

    I'm doing it for a hit this GW if Aguero is out. If Aguero is I'm sticking to my plan and ignoring Yaya 🙂
    
    How's Aguero & Snod & Dann -> Lukaku & Yaya & Coleman (-8) sound to you? -8 is a lot, but I think they're solid DGW investments all around. This is assuming Aguero is out.

      That sounds good to me. I think if you plan on bringing in those guys for a hit next week, then it's worth the risk of doing it this week if they have a good fixture, surely.

        Yeah. If I do it this GW I can do Chambers -> Chester to get another playing defender + DGWer for free. I like Hull defense for the double, of course factoring in the price 😛

I was all set on getting Aguero, now with his hammy I am set on getting Lukaku instead. If Aguero is confirmed fine today I am now not sure if I will get him or not. Anyone else in a similar boat?

    You're probably on your own there. Can't see Pellegrini risking him against Hull, knowing if he exacerbates the injury it will damage their chances for the only competition they're left in.
