Taken a few hits but 147 (-8) so far this week has seen me overhaul the leader and get ahead by around 20 points.
Grabbing Aguero early so I could still afford the the team I had planned down to the last 0.1 before this GW cost me -8 last week. Would've been far better placed looking at -12 for the last few weeks than -16 😕

Slightly different as I haven't been at the ready highest echelons at the end of an FPL season but this season I was 3rd going into the Europa League fantasy games last group stage. Top 5 won a prize. I finished work early to get home to make sure my team was right. I spent the previous evening researching team news. I then streamed all the games I could on my laptop whilst watching others on the tv and phone. It was difficult to watch at times but enjoyable in the end.

They're not up there because they have high TV. High TV is a by product of them having a good season.
Open ControlsDon't think it's as clear cut as that. A lot of the consistent good players say they play the money market pretty well in the first half of the season to build TV (obviously whilst balancing getting a very decent team out) and then push on in the second half of the season.

I am 80 in front and it's now a procession, top 3 of us have 11 out of 15 of the same players each with the differences being the cheaper players! I am 80 in front so looks great for me, but even though it puts me at an advantage the lack of options, it really tempers my enthusiasm for the close season dramatics!
