I saw Kun was linked to Madrid. If I was Madrid I would stay well away, he is a good player but far too fragile to be able to trust.

Fantasy football scout daily hot topic

    UFPL stick or twist

Whose sticking with their captain? Who is drafting in their bench? Tough one this week with lots of middling scores from potentially injured double Gameweek players but lots of potential from single Gameweek players on the bench such as Suarez and Chelsea defenders.

      Sticking yaya as captain here.
Taking mutch, bony, Coleman et al out for my Chelsea contingent with Suarez and sterling still waiting in the wings.
Lack of United and arsenal could still be costly though

currenly 55 overall - but dropped the ball this week - the rooney move was dumb - i had mata and dzeko to choose from and had i chose dzeko captain i would have moved to top 20 or so.

Well, after last week's nightmare, where I had carefully planned to bring in my 3 Arsenal players on Monday (Kosc, Ramsey and Giroud) and then forgetting cause I couldn't get my 1-year old son to sleep (losing 19 points), I have done all my transfers the night before.

I would have been top 50 if not for my aberration.

Brought in said Arsenal players and Ivan for today. Still 3 Pool on the bench for tomorrow. Captain still on Mata, but they may change to Ivan or Kosc today for a punt, then onto Suarez tomorrow.

Well he's been making noises about PSG this season. And his recent criticism of Chelsea and Mourinho doesn't bode well. No smoke without fire. It's quite possible he'll leave.

On a fantasy side, hoping he doesn't. Wasn't Bale 12.0m after his 21 goal season? So yeah, 10.0m - 10.5m seems reasonable...

They weren't gonna get 4th after what happened last week.

Strange game from both teams - as G Nev said it was 'boring' - save for the last 20 odd mins

It's clear they didn't play with their usual intensity, save for a couple of players. Probably a number of reasons for that, 5th place was already in the bag, unlikely to catch Arsenal, crowd were dormant etc.

Totally agree Lazarus. Only about three of their players inc Barkley actually put in some seious effort. You watch the whole game slowly again and see how some of their passes weren't even to feet.

Yeah chucked Rooney out and brought in Dzeko. Trying to catch a guy at the top of 1 of mini leagues he is ahead by 30 points. Clawed a bit back but hoping Villa get tinker and I am a villa fan!

Brought in Vidic and Valencia too for an 8 point hit though so that result at old Trafford went against me, swings and round abouts!

Seems like a lot of people went for Wickham. Nice shout on Dzeko. I've been stung too many times by him so even if I hadn't had 3 citeh players I still wouldn't have gotten him. I was one of the ones tht shoehorned RVP in . Suppose threres still plenty of time to feel smug!

I decided against Rooney to Dzeko cos he's, you know, Dzeko, and I thought an MC defender would be better for GW38. So I did Delaney to Kompany instead. The interesting part is that I then didn't update changes on my team and he's stranded 3rd on my bench. He'll only come on if Cahill and Vermaelen don't play, i.e. stranded. I've never done that before and am always ribbing my kids about them doing it 🙂 Still I'm sitting on a green arrow and 3pts above the top 5,000 so I'm happy as

They had four easier games before the final four nightmare games. Couldn't have been clearer what they needed to do and I don't think they won one of those easier games. If they couldn't do it then, they sure as hell can't do it now

Amidst the turmoil of FPL failures yesterday, this bit of news slipped past.

Scunthorpe secured 2nd place and automatic promotion from League 2 by drawing more games than they won!

21 draws out of 46 games, 20 wins and 5 defeats. Anyone still playing The Pools must ave loved them.
