You should have a cut off period to pay. Ours is a month after the season starts. From there those who don't pay will be booted.

What I did was I made them pay just before the season started. When they pay, that's only when you give them the league code. Invest that money in a bank account and accrue it off interest from it.

Open ControlsThat's what one of the guys in the league did. I think the account was a joint one under his name but he's a good bloke that we can rely on so no one throughout the whole season was suspecting him for embezzlement or anything.
My league, I collected all the money and put it inside an envelope and as an organiser, I did my duty and keep them up to date about the payout structure and what's going on with the prizes and all.Open Controls
