Is anyone tempted by Silva over Ramsey or Fabregas? City have averaged 2.5 goals per game over the last 4 years in the equivalent fixtures of their opening 3 gameweeks. It's one of the last pieces of the puzzle for me, and I am going round in circles a bit.
