With Gameweek 1 concluded, it’s time to delve a little deeper into the data in our first “Big Numbers” article for members of the campaign. We analyse the display of Arsenal’s new wide man against Palace, the QPR front pairing at home to Hull, Liverpool’s ever-improving youngster, Southampton’s delivery under Ronald Koeman and United’s weekend scorer in the 2-1 home loss to Swansea.

Paul Is certain he won't make the same mistakes next season. Follow them on Twitter

Looking for a decent 4.0- 4.5 defender to free up some cash. I already have Chambers. Any suggestions?. Newcastle fixtures look fair, Chester seems bandwagon lol

Hutton seems to be the option of choice at 4. PVA a good option at 4.5 Chester may be bandwagon but he was good last season too and would have cost more if it hadn't been for injuries.

    Re Diego Costa. 😀

His ex-girlfriend, Brazilian model Michele Zuanne vents out about why she dumped him.

“When Atlético won, he would be great company but he would give me the cold, silent treatment when they lost.

“There were a few occasions when he behaved obnoxiously in a restaurant and was abusive toward the waiters."

The final straw came when Michele was on holiday and Costa's persistence towards Naiana stepped up a few notches.

“Diego started coming on strong to me while my sister was on holiday in Brazil for a month.

“The first time was at a Brazilian restaurant in Madrid. I danced with him and he began to compliment me on how sexy I looked.

“He whispered in my ear, ‘You’re so beautiful and I want you in my bed. Let’s get out of here and go back to my place’. “I was really offended.”

Naiana called her older sister to tell her about Costa's attempted dalliances, which led Michele to ring a childhood friend to tell her what had happened, only to discover that dirty Diego had tried it on with her AS WELL.

It should be noted that since his relationship with Michele, Costa has married and had a daughter.

We cannot confirm, however, if he is set to be named as John Terry's new wingman.

Most of them are actually prostitutes.

A large number of them are seriously screwed up as well, victims of abuse as children. Hide it with drugs and drink.

Many admit they don't like sex in real life (because of their pasts) and don't like the things they do on camera.

High percentage of them have syphilis and gonorrea.

Not sure how much fun in reality that would be.

Its a thin line between genius and insanity. In my opinion, hits are justifiable if it sets up your team for a few weeks and takes you out of a rut. You dont have a playing defender hit that. Aguero banging them in for fun. Hit it up

What do you guys think of doing Giroud to Ade, really scared of having Giroud for the though fixtures to come and Ade seems like the best choice at 8.5, Dont want to double on swansea with Bony, and not sure will Dzeko start all the games + though ones.
I heard Giroud was awful vs Besiktas, and his price in proly going down this week so i wont be able to get 8.5 forwards. Can anyone tell me how did he perform tonight? Thanks

He was poor tonight to be honest. As in Torres poor.

Im keeping tho but future is not bright, as soon as walcott back i see him being dropped if he doesnt improve. Plus sanchez was very lively. Going to get stricker role at some point and be very good at it. Ill go 3-5-2 then

Thanks, im also considering going 3-5-2, want to get Tadic for those easy games + personaly dont like any of the 8.5 strikers, but dont want to take a hit, so i guess ill have to wait one more week or just go with Giroud to Ade/Bony/Dzeko

If Mata doesn't deliver next weekend, are you going to get rid of him before the Burnley game?

Best not to think about it. He will deliver. Burnley of cours will be tough for united local derby and all

This is the thing, it's so hard to get rid because of the incredible fixtures. If he doesn't perform next week (if I still have him in a few hours time) I'd still be inclined to keep because you have to think, at least against the newly promoted teams, points will come

What do you guys think of Rojo?
He will definitely start for United but that's because the defence is in really bad shape.but for the reported 16 mil and I read somewhere that United are also paying Nani's wages. Isn't that a lot?

Not convinced they'll pay all of Nani's wages. Possibly some but would be astounded if it was all.

Never seems to have played a full season. If that's because of his injury history, that's not gonna help us decide which ManU defender is a safe bet.

Anyone buy into the theory that Luis will start against Leicester? (ie Mourinho easing him into a nice easy home fixture for confidence)

No. I think ivan, terry cahil azpil is the def for easy games as ivan is allways shooting up forward leaving 3 behind. Tougher games will be luis terry cahil azpil. More solid defending defence.

Makes sense to give him a home game first but I think Azpi would be near to useless in a game like Leicester at home, you would want a left-footer overlapping Hazard to create problems for Leicester's right back. Azpi would just get to the halfway line and pass it inside, like he does most of the time anyway, he's very much safety-first as a left back, much more attacking in his natural right back position

Not sure one of the best full backs in the world really needs a confidence boost but its definitely plausible. That theory though, is nowhere near enough to justify bringing him in this week
