With cheque books fluttering on the eve of the transfer window slamming shut, our Fantasy seasons could be transformed by some notable new arrivals. In this week’s ScoutCast episode, Granville and I chew over the latest fresh faces to crash the player list – United’s “Angel” Di Maria and Liverpool’s “Devil” Balotelli.

With just a single point between us and the comfort of top 100k placings, my co-host and I are more than just a little content as we the rule over the current bandwagons and preview another weekend’s action. It won’t last.

    I have Costa, Dzeko and Muney injured and I am affraid I won´t have 11 players to play.

    I am thinking about:

    Terry , Dzeko + Costa -----> Colocini + Aguero + Adebayor + 0.5m

    For a 8 point hit.

      Ridgewell had one of the best FPL pictures a few (two?) years back. I used that pic as my avatar on our ML forum and began being associated with the player.

      That scandal of his with £20 notes (sometimes called "scores") didn't help his reputation but it gave me an idea.

    Already done my 2 FT. My rank is 2881.

    Either I keep my team but have the Costa risk and I miss the prices to rise a lot or I play my wildcard (too soon but...)

      Price rises very inaccurate.

      Last night:

      Siggy rose at 71%

      Lloris did not rise at 110%
      Guzan did not rise at 134%

      Yaya did not fall at -110%
      Baines did not fall at -102%

    City have two rubbish fixtures after Stoke at home in Arsenal away and Chelsea at home, whereas Costa has the potentially lucrative Swansea at home fixture,

            Fair enough.

            Just think that Jovetic always has a chance of an early sub if things don't go too well for him. That's what is annoying me. And City have a habbit of scoring in the last 15 mins.

              True... it's a really tough one. Jov has the form and is at home. Rooney is usually consistent and is playing Burnley + guaranteed 90mins. Very tricky indeed.

      Supposed to be a grace period for price rises but I'm not sure it's been tested. May well have changed the rules on that as well for all I know.

      Robertson for me, think he looks an excellent player. I suppose there's more risk of rotation without the Europa games though, and Davies is a completely safe choice, with a decent goal threat too. Depends what you can do with the 0.5, maybe...

          Hmm, maybe Davies is for the best then. If you have nothing more to do in a few weeks time, and Robertson has grabbed a goal and looks nailed on, you could just make the switch then.

    But t hre thr defence is the only thing l am really happy with.
    and that is way too expencive. Ivan, JT, Vert, Kolarov anf Vlaar.
